Great southern cooking. The barbecue is decent especially the smoked sausage!

Great bbq and service, hard to find good bbq like this in the area, full bar was nice too.

Had a good friend at the bar area while I was in the dining area right behind him. One of the bartenders apparently mistook him as a law enforcement officer (he is not) and proceeded to confront him about a family member and belittle him in front of the entire restaurant. When he asked for the manager 3 times, no one came. He eventually went looking for him and found him hiding in his office. He paid his bill plus tip and left with the intent of speaking with one of the owners the next day. After three days of them dodging him, the owner Mike said "why do you have so much energy towards this, she apologized and has been counseled so what more do you want from me?". I should mention that her apology was to the owners and not my friend. It's almost like he blames my friend for his employee's outburst. As if he was somehow responsible for "looking" like a cop. At least we know how they feel about law enforcement there. As far as the owners reply, I saw your comments to my friend and I am not moved by your response. If you think that "counseling" this person is a proper remedy for her actions, then I can see why she felt like she could get away with what she did... because she did. Who in their right mind would re-enter this establishment knowing that this person that just embarrassed herself and the customer along with his guests would still be there and possibly have access to their food and drinks. And considering that she herself mentioned law enforcement and her disstain for their treatment of her family member, I would say that it has more than "zero" to do with cops! You say you don't know what else you can do? Well, if I treated one of your employees in the same manner, I would be asked to leave and probably not allowed back. I would suggest the same treatment for the employee. That would be a great start and would have avoided this review entirely.

Very good bbq brisket was awesome and the pulled pork was good as well. Would go back any time ... worth the visit....

So I sat there for a nice 10 minutes before they told me that they were out of pulled pork, which is the only type of bbq I can eat. On a Thursday, they run out of pulled pork.

Every time I come to this place the service keeps getting worse and worse. I don't get it...

I doubt I come back for a while.

The brisket was awesome. The gumbo seemed like it was missing something.

Some of the food was good, such as the ribs and potato casserole, though the ribs could have been cooked a little slower on a lower temperature; the meat stuck to the rib bones and the cartilage was still pretty tough. Some of the food was lacking. My dad ordered a burger. Nothing on the menu said it had a spicy sauce, but it came out with a rather spicy sauce on it. The coleslaw tasted no different than that served at a fast food restaurant. The slaw sauce either came out of a jar or the entire thing came out of a bag. Yuck! The service was pretty terrible. The waitress disappeared for long stretches at a time. She put in our appetizer and meals in at the same time and that's how they came out. She either should have timed it differently, or the kitchen should have started the meals after the appetizer went out. The appetizer also came out with no side plates or the ranch sauce. It took the lazy girl who delivered it (not our waitress) another five minutes to bring those back. She should have carried the appetizer in one hand and the plates and sauce in the other. Within one minute of those going on the table, our food came out. We hadn't even started the appetizer when the food was placed on the table. Drink refills had to be asked for several times, we had to wait about five minutes to get extra napkins, wet naps didn't come out with the ribs, etc. The ribs for two came out with all the sides on one very large plate, the full slab of ribs came out on another very large plate, and then two very slightly smaller plates came out for each diner to use. So here we were juggling four platters/plates large enough to cover two-thirds of the table, plus Mom and Dad's plates that we equally as large, four appetizer side plates, four drinks, the appetizer dish, and their tray full of condiments! They didn't even offer to remove anything or assist in any way. Then we had to juggle the two empty plates on our laps as we tried sawing through the cartilage on the ribs with a BUTTER KNIFE!!! I have NEVER been anywhere that served meat without serving it with a serrated knife!!! I had to ask the waitress for serrated knives and then wait another five minutes for her to return with ONE knife for THREE people to share! Yeah, somebody needs to train their wait staff better! It will be a LONG time before we return, IF we ever return.

Not overly impressed. My food initially arrived cold, waitress happily exchanged with completely different looking plate. A lot of food, just not that tasty. Had pulled pork, my friend had brisket and she said it was above average.

Went here while staying in Navarre for valentines dinner. Phenomenal food, reasonably priced, and came with enough for leftovers! Friendly and attentive staff

Appetizer Happy Hour on Saturday is the best thing on the menu. Portions were good but food was bland. It wasn't bad and the service was good but if your going for the BBQ there are better places in the area.

Stopped for lunch. It was not real busy and we waited a unusually long to be greeted and seated. We wanted a booth and we were going to set at a booth but the table was dirty so she gave us the table next to the booth. We asked for the booth and another waitress wiped the table off leaving it very wet. We moved to the booth and used napkins to dry off the table. My girlfriend ordered a sandwich with onion rings. They didn't have onion rings that day. I ordered the bbq tacos. The manager came by and explained that the onions that were delivered that day were bad and that's why they didn't have the onion rings. The food and drinks are really good. Just a few little things and it would be an easy 5 star place.

Spouse had 2 meat platter w/baked beans and onion rings and BBQ potatoe was just right with pulled pork. The stuffed potatoes was perfect dinner choice for me. The onion rings were fantastic, baked beans were missing something....just ok. Service great.

The space is open with a pleasant atmosphere. TVs around the room are playing everything from American ninja warrior to fail videos. Portions are satisfactory for the price. Just make sure to ask if they're out of anything before you order!

Was the nastiest food I've ever had served I ordered catfish and it was raw we ordered salad that had nothing but lettuce cheese and bacon my husband ordered some pulled pork they come back with a little basket with a tablespoon maybe of pork with a piece of toast we paid $30 for nothing it was so nasty we could not eat if I could give them a zero Stars I would so if you're looking for a good meal with good prices this is not the place

Our first visit here. Catfish and shrimp combo was really good, especially the shrimp! Onion rings are thin and crispy, just the way I like them. Smashed potatoes are great as is the fried okra. We REALLY wanted to like the macaroni and cheese but of the 3 of us who tried it, no one liked it. Flavor was a little wonky. Don't know if it was the cheese or what. Maybe it was just an off night for it? Overall the service was great as was most of the food. Would try again.

We assumed it was the flavor of the cheese. . . Not real sure.

I went to the bathroom while waiting for a table and it was so dirty I told my lunch companion I did not want to eat there so we left.

Everything was pretty good. Didn't get my order right. But everything tasted good

Veterans Day the wife and I went there and the waitress just ignore me being a veteran and me wearing my cap. After eating our meal we weren't even asked if we wanted desert or not, or if we wanted a refill on our tea or not. That's why I rated it so low and the wife did several weeks back. I won't be going back there again. Thank you for your concern. Roy Rogers.

I have made this restaurant my favorite place to eat. Great food and service.

Waitress was friendly, Catfish was awesome, building is cute and cozy We love it! I haven't had a bad meal here yet...it's all good.

The lady who greeted us at the door Destiny was awesome! She waited on us as my 4 year old took for ever in the bathroom but she never once left us hanging to be seated! Macey A was our server and she never once let our cup go below half full!! Right along with the fact she was very friendly and seemed to care about her table's!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were too frazzled.. understaffed I think which was probably the reason our service was not the best. The food was not up to its standards. Just ok. The barbeque chicken was slightly under done. But worst of all was the barbecue sauce. It tasted like watered down molasses. Ruined the barbecue chicken for me. And I hate to give bad reviews but this time I had to. Just not what I was hoping for on a lovely Sunday afternoon.

This is one of the best BBQ joints around. The potato casserole is probably my favorite side dish ever. I eat here on a regular basis and will keep going back.

...$17 for 1 lb. of pork barbecue / BBQ (sauce automatically comes on the side) and 1 quart of cole slaw.

Where do I begin? We waited for 30 minutes for our food. Isn't a quesadila suppose to have cheese? Waitress got mad because we asked for real silverware. Told us we had too high of standards. Sorry folks but cutting a pork chop with plastic silverware is not easy. We go out to eat to support the restaurants. We will not be supporting this one ever again.

The place was clean , the server was excellent. The food was so good I almost ate my plate too.

I had BBQ chicken, greens, beans and a corn muffin. Everything was very delicious and the service was great!

A few months later (tonight) and the food was terrible. Brisket was dry and microwaved. Another person in our party had fried catfish and it was served under-cooked.

Since the last review I have returned 2 more times and everything was great!

Had an awesome lunch special and dinner has always been great every time I go.

Alana was prompt and courteous. Would recommend Grover T's to anyone. Highly recommend the onion rings. In my opinion they are the best anywhere.

We have eaten here several times, food was really good, smoked turkey and pork yummy. The staff is always friendly and professional. Our last visit the shredded pork was not really hot, we mentioned it to our server and she corrected it right away. We will eat there again.

Meat was cold, squash casserole was like eating a block of salt, gave me a kid's portion (9) of french fries, which was the only hot and good thing about the meal. My daughter had mac-n-cheese, which was ok, but cold. The last few times I've eaten here have been less than acceptable.

Will not come back for a while.

I have been to this place a few times. A recent visit to celebrate my birthday didn't go smoothly, but the management made it right for me. I went back and had a great experience like usual. The food is the best and much better than the chains. I'll be bringing family and friends next time. You won't go wrong here.

This place is AMAZING. The prices are high but the quality of food is something I've yet to find anywhere else in Florida. There wasn't a thing I didn't like and we bought a good variety. My son usually isn't crazy about brisket, but he loved it from here.

The "staples" in a BBQ place must be stellar right? Unfortunately the Mac & cheese, baked beans and corn bread were lukewarm and dry, the Brisket was tough and the rack of ribs were dry.

We were there when the place opened for the night so nothing should have been dry. It tasted like it was yesterday's leftovers.

The staff is always important and the Grover staff was very good and professional.
The prices are reasonable.

I don't like giving a bad review but we were excited to eat at Grover Ts and it was disappointing.

It would be easy to make Grover Ts a go-to BBQ restaurant. Just throw away the microwave oven.

They have really good BBQ, sweet tea and I really liked the atmosphere.

Their BBQ is wonderful, but they have other entrees on the menu for those who aren't BBQ fans. Service is great. A very low key casual place for the whole family.
