Wendy's Restaurant Review

Very nice ppl working there. We'll at least the shift that was working there when I came in.

Very good service no long wait even though they was busy.

The service was great but I did not care for the the junior bacon cheeseburger

Very cozy my friend and I sat and ate by the fire place while we used the wifi we weren't bothered at all

The worst location ever! Wait time, bad. Service, bad. you're lucky if the food is room temperature. Damn! 20 minute wait time for a 5 dollar order

I think Wendy's is not as good quality food as it used to be. The food is okay, just not great.

Sitting in yourdrive-thru the find out you do not sell your fish no more and the guy really didn't see why he is so we don't do it

Counter girl didn't give me my cup until I demanded it. No mention that the burger came plain unless you specifically order fixings. They got one of this stupid multi coke machines I hate those.

Workers joking around among themselves will not return

Over cooked and dry nuggets, stale oil fries and lackluster burgers. The quality has gone down hill.

I had a replacement, they made my sandwich wrong, I spoke with Greg, he knew that I was given the wrong order. But when I went to get the order I was treated like I was lying. The female manager..Weds(9/6/17) lunch coordinating DT, acted like it was a huge problem. I worked for Wendy's as a Co Manager for about 4 years and this is definitely not how you treat people. Didn't even offer me a drink for THEIR mistake. VERY DISAPPOINTING, they have that beautiful nextgen kitchen.

Wendy's chili is always a good choice, hamburgers are almost always good

I went to order dinner and the manager was fixing burgers with her hair hanging over the food... When i ask her about it she used her hand to toss it back and continue to work with the food ...gross

French fries are always greasy hamburgers are dry used to be good but has really went down hill.

Drive thru line takes a long time. Employees are rude, our fries were cold and the cookies were crunchy. Not happy at all.

The restaurant isn't very clean and the staff doesn't seem very friendly.

Do not go...I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger...and they gave me a regular hamburger with Mayo and onion only....and they are slow as hell.....

Wish they would go back to the fries they had years ago.

This is the worst Wendy's in Columbus.The employees are crackheads.Cleanliness is not supported here

I went there today and i order a taco sald without the tortillas and two baconators with no bun but extra lettuce to replace the bun and eat with. When i get my order i check my salad and not only did i not get the tortillas which was fine cuz its what i ordered but i didnt get any salsa or sour cream, then my burgers came with no lettuce so i kindly walked in and explained my dilemma to the ladies at the front. It took a bit explaining to do to get the lettuce that was plainly on my receipt! So after telling the woman again i had ordered lettuce in place of my buns and sour cream and salsa was missing from my taco salad she began to get my things. Little did i know later on she gave me three pieces of lettuce when i obviously needed four for my sandwiches and i had missed to get my chili with my salad! Its crazy to me that they would think they can not give me my full order and not even remember to give me my chili. I paid full price for these items and only want what i pay for. Terribly service!!! I will never go back here and i will tell anyone who does exactly what happened so they dont neither.

I had a double burger the meat is always juicier here than at other Wendy's

They rebuilt this place but the service still sucks especially the bald headed women that handed me my food . I live right by this place but I'm avoiding this place at all costs

Very satisfied with this location!! The manager Scott and the employees are very manner-able!! I enjoy going to this location because they work together well as a team to get orders done fast and accurately.

Not sure why you can't eat in at 8:30pm on a Saturday night!!

People taking orders could use better customer service skills

Every time I go to this one its always attitude from management not workers such a shame I will be talking with company if I have anymore finding on this location.

this wendy's location usually is pretty good but last night after waiting 20 minutes in line they didn't give my my drink or sauce and my fries were cold. :( Sad night without my dr.pepper

Took me 20 minutes to get some chicken nuggets in the drive thru. They were soo slow it was ridiculous.

I would give them a couple but every time I go there the staff just act like they just don't care about there customers and it takes forever to get your food.

This Wendy's location typically offers friendly service and accurate orders. The drive through can get a bit backed up. I recommend the asiago club chicken sandwich with spicy chicken and Wendy's chili is perhaps the best around.

Peoplr are very short with you like it was a inconvenience to eat!

The wait is long and the customer service is lacking.

They remodeled since I was last there its really nice inside. I had a pretty big order being me and 3 kids and it was ready by time I was swiping my card. It was hot and made right I had customized sandwiches so no this add that and my 3 yr old is picky so not having to go back up to wait for it to be fixed was nice

Horrible customer service! Staff are racists and violent. Was threatened by several employees. I was setting in my car minding my own business. Not to mention my order was messed up. Approximately 8 employees working at 9 pm on a saturday... Everyone was standing around inside near the drive thru. When my brother returned our order for correction he was treated rudely and threatened. Then all of the staff came to the door yelling racial slurs and making threats! Entire situation was completely uncalled for. I dont know what conversation was exchanged when the food was returned but for employees to come outside yelling at a CUSTOMER and to go as far as to yell "tell your sister to get her ass out of the car! I'll beat her ass too!" Yelling racial slurs at us using terms like "wetback"! Never will I return to this Wendy's or any other because of this situation! I will also make sure to let everyone know about the racial discrimination that took place! Was only given 1 star because you have to! The young male that was working was the only staff member that didn't run outside trying to fight! When i seen 8 people running out the door at my brother, of course I got out of the car- as requested by the MANAGER! She said I was lucky she was working but invited me to come to her home to fight! I was able to deescalate my very upset brother and we got in my car and pulled away all while the incompetent workers ran at my car continuing to yell racial slurs! Should've "went live" and recorded this incident! I am sure corporate can pull the video footage! Hope they have sound!
