Groundstar has been in business for many years however as they grow big and busy their service has declined. It is no longer possible to rely on them for timely and efficient deliveries they have become experts at passing the buck rather than making sure the customers business is taken care of efficiently. Would not recommend or use them again.

Drivers swear, drive really unsafely, park illegally, and are late with your delivery.
Groundstar s crew are some of the worse I ve ever seen. They were unfriendly and rude during to the residents. Blaming their own tardiness problems on others. Very disrespectful and I will actively discourage people from using their services.
