Took my dump trailer in for repairs and they were very prompt.

Another good experience with Parker trailer. My wife and I had problems with our 5th wheel trailer brakes. They replaced the rear set of Breaks and adjusted our controller. We felt the price was far and done in a timely manner.

I was hunting for boat trailer parts for a 3 year old trailer with no dealer in the area. The staff was able to get me the parts I needed to make the repair. I would absolutely recommend this business as their customer service goes above and beyond!!

The folks there are super helpful and they know their trailer bearings for sure! They are also willing to go the extra mile to help you figure out how to get back on the road.

One visit for brake controller. Highly recommend. Reasonable price-close to half of what dealership charges for part and labor. Only improvement would be not standing at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged when employees are available to do so. Friendly and timely install.

I hauled a travel trailer from NC to CO. I had a new Curt hitch and I was having issues with it. I needed to get it fixed before the drive back to NC. Duane fit me in and got my rig squared away for safe towing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I don't live there, but definitely recommend them.

Josh went above and beyond when he stayed a few minutes late to sell me a trailer for my new side by side. Had looked at a couple over the holidays, so when we decided to purchase our side by side, we needed a trailer to take advantage of the nice Sunday weather, at closing time on a Saturday, he made it happen. Mike was outstanding. He worked for days to try to get us the part we needed spending hours on hold with Dometic. When he found out our part was discontinued he immediately came up with other solutions. I will definitely be back to Parker trailer

We were in the area for one day to pick up a new food truck and found out we had to change our receiver hitch, but could not find the key on our new/used truck. The seller recommended Parker Trailer & RV so we made a quick trip. They were absolutely amazing. Their customer service is fabulous, even in an October snow event!! Parker Trailer & RV did not know us, we are from Wichita, KS but treated us like regular customers. Thanks so much Parker!!

This place is Awesome. Our trailer lights were out they rewired and got us highway ready for $25. Their selection of sweet trailers made waiting while they fixed go super quick. We are under new management. I have had some problems with employees and management in the past. We are a growing company and good help is hard to find sometimes. These poor google reviews reflect directly on me and how I run my business. I (and Parker Trailers) am very customer service oriented and am working diligently to make Parker Trailers a great place to come and get your trailer needs taken care of. We have new service writers and mechanics. I will do everything to make sure your visit with us is a pleasant one. Parker Trailer & RV had the equipment trailer I needed, at the best price and only charged a minor reservation deposit fee. This was a huge benefit when compared to other trailer dealers who were going to charge 25% of the purchase price just to put a trailer on hold until I could come down and look! The ladies and gentlemen here we're a pleasure to work with, I would certainly go back again and I recommend this dealer to others!

High quality solid box utility trailer and good service at Parker Trailer.

Purchased a flat bed trailer once, called back a few months later to buy an enclosed trailer. Phone service was horrible, wasn't helped with looking at what I wanted even after online it said they had what I was after. When a customer is a repeat especially buying cash maybe a little better customer service!

Store had many supplies, but not a complete RV trailer store. Staff is knowledgeable.

Angie did a great job helping me with my recent trailer purchase. She was thorough and professional with all aspects of the transaction. Paperwork was ready when I arrived at their office. I would definitively use them again for my next purchase.

They put on an after market trailer/hitch in reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. I have had no issues, and have used it multiple times.

I've taken my small travel trailer to Parker Trailer for annual maintenance twice (2017 and 2019) and both times the crew did excellent work and found a few things that needed fixing. My trailer blew a bearing, they were closing, and he came back to meet me hours after closing so the tow-truck could dump my trailer and boat in their yard for repair. Horribly condescending to me since I was a woman. I brought in a hitch to have the ball changed. The sales attendant had the gall to say to me, "That's a lot of weight you're pulling there missy, sure you can handle all that weight?" If you're a man maybe it would be ok but I will be avoiding like the plague.

I moved from Oregon 2 years ago. In Oregon you have many choices for great RV services and repair. After moving here I could not find any companies that remotely compared to the great RV service you can find in Oregon until finally I was referred to Parker Trailers. I could not be happier. They care even if you do own a old classic RV like I do. Thanks Shayne.

The art of customer service has been lost in most of the business I ve seen. However this business is breath of fresh air, and I ve not seen personal attention like this since my last doctors physical. I recently was looking for a ladder rack for my truck, I contacted parker trailers and they gave me a price That was lower than the competitors. I told them I had another internet company offer a slightly lower price which they matched in order to gain my business. I decided to go with parker trailers because it s a locally owned business. They had the rack ordered the same day and even had their guys load the rack on to my tuck for me. I later went back to them to order a couple batteries for my camper. Instead of selling me whatever they had in stock, they inquired about my needs, and asked me for specifics. They wanted to make sure I had the right batteries for my camper that would give me the best performance and took the time to educate me on the differences. I never felt like they were trying to make a sale and the batteries were perfect. I recently had some problems on my last camping trip with excessive power usage, and mentioned this to the owner, Eric. He took a personal interest on solving this problem and called in his tech s to try and brainstorm what might be causing this. After a lot of discussion he said he would research the problem and let me know personally what possible solutions their might be. I left him my number and walked out dumbfounded that a company would take a personal interest in a customer like they did. I ll never go anywhere else for my trailer/ camper needs. I recommend this place to all my friends and I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the service you receive here.

I purchade a trailer in feb of this year and all went well untill I found out the trailer wasnt working like I thought it would and needed to trade to a larger one. I got nothing but hastle from them. Stood over the salesmens desk on a Saturday as he was asleep, had to just about beg to do a credit ap, was never offered a tour of the trailer I wanted, waited 4 days with no contact from them. Needless to say I sold my trailer and bought from another dealer up north. Stay away!!!!

Let me tell you how amazing this company is... My family was moving across country and 1,000 miles into our journey our trailer broke a spring. It was Thursday around 4pm and we had to have service right away so that we could make it to our destination on time for an important event on Friday. After making countless calls with no luck we thought we were bound to end up stranded waiting for a first available Tuesday appointment with some other company.

That s when we called and spoke with Dwayne at Parker Trailer and RV. He said it was no problem and to come right over. The team stayed after closing to make sure we were able to continue our journey. THIS is what outstanding over the top customer service looks like. Their staff had our trailer fixed in less than 30 minutes so we could get back on the road.

Just bought a dump trailer from here good service and I love the trailer works great. But really disappointed that it doesn t come with the tarp which is a law to have and no spare tire something you really need, I should have gone to a different dealer like one in the springs has the same trailer really close in price but also comes with the thing that are required. Also no one ever even offered either item so I was expecting it would come with it, disappointing.

Tom and Ashley took great care of me when I bought my car hauler. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about their products. It was also fast I was in and out of there with my new trailer on my truck in less than an hour!!!

I took my horse trailer in for it s annual maintenance, some wiring work, and inspection for some hail damage. They were great from beginning to end! They scheduled me in a reasonable time, spent many hours sorting out the wiring mess and got it ready to haul safely. All for a very reasonable and fair price. I ll definitely return and recommend them to everyone with trailer service needs!

BACK ON THE ROAD THANKS TO PARKER TRAILERS!! I can't even begin to express how FANTASTIC Parker Trailers is! Drive from miles, hundreds of miles around, if you must to patronize this wonderful crew for ANY trailer, towing, service or sales need! We were stuck this morning trying to get the Jeep hooked to the RV and making all the lights work! Chris, you are amazing and saved our family vacation. I took a 2019 trailer into PARKER Trailer for a brake issue. AJ and staff took care of everything. AJ sent me pictures of the damaged brakes and kept me in the loop with everything going on with my trailer. AJ and staff are amazing. I would highly recommend bring your trailer to them for any repairs. Simply the best.

Had a small problem with the divider in my horse trailer. I called and they said to bring it in, we drove there and they took care of it in 5 minutes and didn't cost a dime! They have always been awesome with any repairs and very quick!

I don't normally write reviews but I had an outstanding experience here. I have been looking for a flatbed trailer to haul hay and occasionally my tractor. I finally found what I was looking for at Parker Trailers. They have an excellent selection of trailers and much more. Steve Sampson the owner helped me and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted, treated me very fairly and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I have looked at several trailer dealers and either there was little inventory or I felt I was getting ripped off. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Never have I been to a company with better customer service. From the first call these people were friendly and most helpful. I worked with Ashleigh and even though I wasn't purchasing anything she went out of her way to resolve a problem I had with a title that was bought from Parker Trailer 8 years before. I would definatly suggest this place to my friends. They were great!

I got 2 brand new axles/brakes and all new suspension installed, (I won t get into the scary condition I brought it to them in) and had various other things done and I could not be happier with the professionalism, pricing and overall service. The entire staff was ready and willing to help right away....can t say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.
