Disgusting hotel with two disgusting superheads (the rest of the leading staff is better). This is from the point of view of working there. Labyrinths, labyrinths ... you really need a guide to walk around this hotel, otherwise you risk losing yourself.

Good service, good level of staff, great location. Bedrooms are awful though, so dated and need an major upgrade. Bed mattress I had was really bad on the back. Great ballroom is lovely as i goy married here, but also needs an upgrade! Basically you're paying for the Park Lane location and place to be seen.

Great hotel and staff. I was there for a wedding and reception in the Grand Ballroom, and both were really well decorated and managed. I also stayed overnight. The rooms were smaller than I expected, but it makes sense considering real estate and etc. Staff was really helpful and courteous. Bathrooms were great. Overall it was a great time and great place.

Rude operators. I called the hotel to buy a service to offer to a couple of friends staying at the hotel and the operator was very rude not even letting me finish my sentence. I don't know her name, but I called on Dec. 16th at 15:30. For such a posh hotel, and a Marriott, service should be outstanding and not average.

Fantastic hotel located in across from Hyde Park. Easy to catch tour buses nearby, and it's only a few blocks walk to the nearest tube station if you want to get further out into the city. Awesome bourbon bar located downstairs in the steakhouse as well.

Park Lane, on which the hotel is situated, is horrible but the inside of the hotel is very nice, even though it looks a bit like a shopping centre. We had afternoon tea, which was very nice, with unlimited sandwiches, but the cakes were a bit pretentious and not all that nice; basic cup cakes would have been far nicer. Staff were polite and pleasant and we felt we could have stayed as long as we wanted.

So yes nice place but the staff not at all at the level of the stars I lost a glove in one of their dressing room room he replied that they did not have the opportunity to show me the room but that I could make a Check out the common part here and the evening when I asked them there was at least 3 receptionist including a duty 2 concierge and 4 security person so I was really disappointed with this evening more than one action could have changed everything i would have found my gloves but not all these people did not have the time to help me in a hotel where there was nobody the evening in question

We stayed in the Park View Suite for a work/play trip. It was top 3 hotel experiences we have ever had. From guest relations manager Jack Dempsey walking us to our room and remembering our names when we passed in the lobby, to Edward at concierge who came to our room near midnight to help us figure out how to stream Game of Thrones to the TV. Everyone and everything was top notch. My only regret is that I left behind 2 journals in the room, and security wasn't able to to find them a few days later. (If you stayed in the room after us, did you see/take them??) Heartbroken about that because I've been writing in one of them for 8 years and was just about to finish it, but it's no one's fault but my own. Still, the hotel experience was incredible. Hope to return again soon.

The hotel itself is really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the room I shared with one other person was pretty small. However, we had friends staying in other rooms and they were bigger. I think it was just luck of the draw.

Wonderful hotel.. Beautiful rooms.. Staff great.. Security staff are just on a level like you've never encountered before. Attitude and tolerance is more of nightclub approach. Wasn't happy and made our stay whilst working there quite unbearable.

Amazing hotel although we waited 15 minutes for check in and 20 minutes to check out. We were there to attend a charity ball and it was amazing to say the least. Staff were helpful and my room was lovely. Breakfast was also great quality. The only thing that let it down was the wait ar reception.
