I've been here twice. Lay summer and again this summer. On both occasions staff was helpful and quite happily answered my questions even though I wasn't going to make a big purchase (I already have four bikes). Nice showroom, good variety of bikes and HD gear. The pricing is typical HD but not out of line with other dealerships. I can't speak to the service department but I wouldn't hesitate to bring in my '07 Deuce if it needs work when I was here based on the experiences I have had.
