Can t say enough about the service I received at Grizzly HD! I broke down on my way to Sturgis July 29 th. My motor needed to be replaced with over 223,000 miles on my 2011 Road Glide
Let s just say Larry hooked me up with a 2017 Road Glide Ultra to get me on my way while Josh and Earnie from Service Dept worked diligently with Harley Extended Service to get my new motor covered under warranty! Joshs hard work paid off for me , figuratively and literally.
I returned to pick up my bike after traveling over 9,000 miles on the Ultra. Shout out to all the staff. Larry, Mike , Ty, Josh , Earnie. And the rest of the crew. Mike bike had a Long Block installed for my 50$ deductible. My bike never looked so clean when I saw it! See you next time I m rolling thru. Thank you again for your great job!! BTW the bike Back in Black is running awesome! Special thanks to the person whom cleaned my bike there were bugs on their since 2011. Great job you deserve a raise!!
