Beautiful store, very low on clothing sizes but that's happening everywhere.

Showed up at 6 and they were closed. Been here before they have great customer service.

Liked the store so much I bought a Harley! Fantastic staff and exceptional accessories.

Terrible service. I'd never recommend these guys to anyone . . ever ! Paid $275 for carb work on my ATV. Got it home & gas was leaking everywhere. Immediately returned it & was called the next afternoon by their service dept. Was told I needed a new carb for an additional $575. I asked about the $275 already spent expecting a credit for work that accomplished nothing. They offered nothing but an hours worth of labor. That means I'd have $850 for a new carb. I bought a factory new carb from Amazon for $340 delivered & installed it myself. These guys won't stand behind their work, guess at problems and charge outrageous money for shoddy work. NEVER AGAIN. If you need ATV service, go to S&S Sports in Ronan. They're honest and stand behind their work.

Its Harley! Great staff, super friendly. I was approached right away asking if needed help. Im a big, intimidating looking individual so most places employees scare easily. Not so here. Great bikes on display. Clothing selection was good they actually had clothes for real size people not just small guys. Id like to purchase a bike just to see how that experience would be. Too bad I was on the road. 5 stars...

Excellent staff! From sales to financing, accessories, parts, and the shop, everyone has treated me very well. They also take great care of us HOG Chapter members. Definitely worth going out of your way for.

Very nice place. Staff always speaks as you come in. Very helpful people. Very nice selection of Harley bikes and apparel. Also have Husky dirt bikes. Arctic cat dealer for snowmobiles, side by sides and 4 wheelers. Great place to stop in and look around.

Unexpectedly large store, with quite a large selection of items.

Lost my back brakes on a trip through Montana and showed up @ 9:00 without an appointment. The service department had me back on the road before lunch. Friendly, competent mechanics and service department staff.

Fun at Harley Davidson, had a great hot dog, they are getting ready for a sidewalk sale tomorrow. Bikes from all over stopping on their was to Sturgis.

Grizzly Harley totally blew me away. It was packed with people and the staff was phenomenal whilst juggling between phone calls, customers, and my questions. They pulled a five star. I highly recommend grizzly Harley Davidson off of airway bulivard.

I've never looked at anything but motorcycles at any Harley store. Not so strange. But I was recently told that they have merchandise beyond motorcycles. I was also told their merchandise and customer service is top notch. I went looking for yellow tinted glasses. The service and assistance was as I had been told, top notch. In fact it was gracious and focused on what I wanted, not what they had. I was treated as well as if I had bought a bike.

Worked with all the staff from buying a new bike to servicing my old bike. Friendly and courteous staff was always ready to assist in what ever I needed. Great inventory from bikes to clothing.

They make a good coffee and sell a mean tank top, but they can't troubleshoot a motorcycle's electrical problem to save their butt.

Got some beautiful motorcycles in there the ladies that work there are excellent take care of you very nice people got a lot of cool Harley stuff sales rack so go there enjoy yourself by a bike

Stopped in for an oil change at 9:00am, they took me right in and was out and on my way to continue my trip. Nice people and great service.

Love their customer service everyone is always friendly and more than willing to help with any needs, I ve never felt pushed to buy parts or clothing looking forward to my next visit

I am not a Harley owner , but needed desperately new tire as I have Bennet on the road for 15 days traveling across country. it was 4:30 on Sarurday and the Kawasaki shop in town refused to sell me tires .. Too late he said! So happened go see Grizzly Harley and thought I would try. Not only were they helpful ,and friendly , they replaced my tires so I could get back on the road. You guys rock! Thanks again, for a great experience

I bought my first Harley today (2/15/17).
Incredible buying experience! I can't believe the integrity shown by the entire staff. My purchase was an older bike, but I was treated as though I was buying the most expensive bike in the showroom. My next bike will only come from Grizzly Harley Davidson. Thank you all.

Service center is 100% a RIP off. $330 to put on a OEM oil cooler that has two hoses and connects with 4 hose clamps. About a 30 min job. I will never get my bike serviced by grizzly harley. Rip off for sure!
