I came in for a starting issue. The tech personally came out to ask me what the problem was, as it was an intermittent issue and he didn't experience any starting issue. After pulling the primary cover and inspecting the whole bike he explained to me that my neg battery cable was loose. "No way a negative battery bolt sacked my Harley!" He explained how he thought the intermittent issue was occurring, but I got mad and told him to go button it up and went out for a smoke. After running through his diagnosis in my head, it became apparent that he may in fact be right and my starter might not have been getting the cranking amps required because of the sloppy connection. I want to commend these guys for remaining calm and courteous even when I wasn't. Weeks on the road left this Marine testy and these guys remained utterly professional. I highly recommend this dealership. Could have sold me a bunch of parts I didn't need, but instead hooked me up with a crow to eat.
