My tech today was named Joe, he was very knowledgeable, nice, understood my problem and respected my home. I highly recommend Griffin Service, I called to schedule an appointment and they literally arrived 15 minutes after me calling. Upon inspection of my AC unit, he knew exactly what it was and priced me on the spot. The pricing was highly reasonable as I thought they were going to charge a higher amount. I will definitely be using Griffin Services and taking advantage of their Total Care Club membership!
