Great customer service. Kate and Chauncey have been extremely helpful. They have made the process in picking out flooring after some bad flooding and several quotes from other companies a much easier process than my wife and I could ve imagined.
The staff at the store (Megan) was informed and helpful. She easily handled the tag team of my husband and myself - he started and I finished - without a hiccup and communicated with us both. The estimate was clear and, when we needed it revised, came back just as clearly and quickly. Extra points for the prep sheet they sent to let us know exactly what they expected us to do so that the installation would go smoothly. Scheduling was uncomplicated and timely. The installation team showed up on time and fully prepared. They moved the large furniture and had 4 rooms finished in 6 hours! They left no trace of themselves and put the furniture back where they had found it without asking me - which I did not expect but was grateful for the extra consideration and professionalism. They were less disruptive of my household than many much smaller installations I have had done and everything was quality checked from beginning to end. I will use Gregory's for everything I can from now on - this company has a vision of quality and service and they obviously encourage their employees to live up to it!

I used the services of Gregory's Paint and Flooring twice and both times I was very satisfied. Rebecca Dumas, co-owner and Color Consultant, is extremely knowledgeable on what colors are in and what is out. She came to my office in Duluth and made lots of recommendations on new paint colors, furniture and accessories. She recommended that my interior door be painted dark brown and the ceiling in the same room be painted the same color. I would have never thought of this myself, and I am constantly being complimented on how nice my office looks. Just a few months ago, I was back at Gregory's Paint and Flooring, this time to redecorate my daughter's room. I brought in a paint chart from Pinterest and they were able to match all the colors that I wanted. Rebecca even gave me advice on how to distress wood for a headboard. Their service is five star and so is the product. I have painted every room in my house at least three times, and there is no comparison between other paint and Benjamin Moore paint. The Benjamin Moore paint does not spatter and is much thicker than other paint. I will never go back to regular paint again!
We are new to the area and needed hardwood refinished, new hardwood added, and new carpet for bedrooms of our new home. The team at Gregory's was awesome! They came out promptly to measure and provide an estimate. We received a lot of help and direction for carpet selection, paint, and stain colors. There was no pressure and everyone was very friendly. Ours was a whole house job, and the work was completed around other contractors and over the course of a couple weeks as we requested. Gregory's was easy to work with and schedule. They were also quick to address any concerns.
The end results are amazing! Our whole main floor, both sets of stairs, railings, bannisters, upstairs hall and landing, and master bedroom have gorgeous hardwood and no creaking- we love how they came out! The carpet will hold up to our kids and dog. There have been spills and dirt already but as promised, the carpet we selected is actually stain and waterproof! The installation of the carpet also was top notch- returns are clean with no visible seams.

Roy and Megan at Gregory's were very helpful and easy to work with. They communicated well with us via email. I was given a paint discount since we purchased a lot of carpet from them. Roy also suggested that we purchase area rugs rather than wall-to-wall carpet in order to not damage our laminate floor. The carpet was measured and bound professionally, and we love it. The only caveat would be that we got misquoted and we thought it was a price with moving costs and it was without so when we moved the furniture out of three bedrooms, we did not save any money doing it ourselves.
I was very happy with Gregory's Paint & Flooring! Rebecca came out and selected colors for me to paint the inside of my house. She also recommended painters that I could get quotes from. While she was at my house we discussed refinishing my hardwood floors, changing out carpeting and tile and backsplash in the kitchen. She brought out samples and helped me make decisions on what would look best. I love all of the colors that she selected, and all of the flooring looks great. Remodeling where to start (!!!)
What is more terrifying; deciding to remodel your home or after you have decided to remodel then trying to know what to do next? I was fortunate to have an experienced Team join me in my project and I hope my story will help you as you go down this road.
After I made the decision to remodel I found myself in the default position and standing in the middle of the local big box store and gazing at its huge and intimidating paint department .
I was still not sure why I went there first but by doing so fortune rained down on me that day. Finally getting the attention of a paint salesman and explaining my vision for my remodeled, the salesman pulled me aside and said, we don t do what you need, you should go up the street and see Rebecca and Roy (Dumas), they have everything you are looking for . Taking that advice, I did drive up the street and entered a safe place that had a wealth of information and answers to my questions and other questions/answers that I hadn t even considered and certainly didn t have the answers.
Like did you know that today one of the most popular colors is, blue/gray and did you know that there are 50+ shades of blue/gray now tell me who feels comfortable making that selection alone? Did you know that the Dumas have a program where Rebecca will come to you with her magical box of color panel samples to help you pick the perfect color to go with your vision for your home - in your home? That service alone with a professional on your Team will resolve and remove all the stress normally associated with the selection of; carpet, flooring, tile/marble surfaces and which finish is best for; faucets, switch plates and other hardware. By the way they added and installed great shutters to a large kitchen picture window that are just perfect.
As you can tell I feel like the most important selection I made in the entire process was adding the Dumas to my Team and they really did help make all the other important selections easier. In the end I have the quality outcome that completed my vision for the project.

Gregory Paint is a fabulous resource to homeowners. Owed by a husband/wife team. Rebecca Dumas, wife, is a color consultant and will come to your home and help select color/paint type/paint placement for a relatively small fee. She is wonderful. I am not someone who is totally lost in the art of decorating a home, but find paint color to be EXTREMELY challenging. A mistake can be huge, money, time, effort. Rebecca got it right! I live in a 25 year old house in Peachtree Corners, basically updated the entire 1st level. No construction, just painting trim and walls and updating great room furniture, feels like a new house. Love it.

Worked with Rebecca for my basement project. She is very knowledgeable, and was very patience while we were choosing our options. She helped us choose wall colors and flooring. Had couple of working sessions with her. she understood very quickly what we were looking for and presented the options which we liked very much.
Rebecca picked out colors for our new home which we were renovating. She choose a great combination of wall, cabinet and trim colors. We kept the house all in the same pallet, but with some subtle differences in master bedroom and dining room. We painted just as she suggested and it looks great!
