If you want to work for a company that micro-manages, and has the buddy/buddy system. Then you got a job that you might keep for a while, until they are no longer your buddy/buddy. Honestly, I busted my butt working for this company, and instead of being let-go for typical layoff, I get told two different stories. I was told it was my health, then another said it was performance. Honestly, NONE of the managers cared for a woman to be doing anything near machine's. And I got a LOT of sexual discrimination, discriminatory comments thrown at me on a daily. I didn't let that bother me, because I DID my work, almost to the very core and bone of me. Honestly, anyone who can add, and read a tape measure, follow instructions, and do as your told can DO this lame job. You feed machines, or you stack stuff that comes out. They claim to let you learn to help run the machines, but the operators don't want you to learn, because they don't want you to get better than them and take their position. They had "just" formed a team for medical emergencies when I was 2months in to working there. I actually wouldn't trust them to save a dog. Just saying. The alarm system for each machine is so old, it couldn't alert anyone, especially those who they hire and don't even give them a test on their knowledge of safety, and allow them to push buttons, that could of seriously injured or severely hurt other people inside the machines. Just saying, I seen enough to NEVER go back..

4 hours to get the dock and then add up 3 more hours to get u loaded. Lazy and unprofessional workers. They don t respect drivers and doesn t care about your appointment time.

The people there are very unprofessional and very rude. HR there isn't any better anybody that goes here just make this a one shop stop and be on your way there's no future here for anybody that's ambitious and wants more out of life. U won't find it here

Ima truck driver. Went in to pick up an empty trailer.... ask to use a push broom to sweep out an empty trailer cause there was a lot of debris in it. The guys in the office ask me to spell debris...very unprofessional smh

Great stepping stone plant! Great place to learn the basics of how a business operates if you are young or new to the workforce. Unfortunately, this company DOES NOT offer raises in pay or even yearly reviews for that matter. You'd have to be content with your starting pay rate.

I pick up truck loads from this place very often and I never had any problems.
Very professional staff in shipping department, usually ready to go within 45 minutes.
