The staff at the store (Megan) was informed and helpful. She easily handled the tag team of my husband and myself - he started and I finished - without a hiccup and communicated with us both. The estimate was clear and, when we needed it revised, came back just as clearly and quickly. Extra points for the prep sheet they sent to let us know exactly what they expected us to do so that the installation would go smoothly. Scheduling was uncomplicated and timely. The installation team showed up on time and fully prepared. They moved the large furniture and had 4 rooms finished in 6 hours! They left no trace of themselves and put the furniture back where they had found it without asking me - which I did not expect but was grateful for the extra consideration and professionalism. They were less disruptive of my household than many much smaller installations I have had done and everything was quality checked from beginning to end. I will use Gregory's for everything I can from now on - this company has a vision of quality and service and they obviously encourage their employees to live up to it!
