We have used Gregory's twice for our flooring needs. The customer service and communication are both outstanding. They always answer calls and emails promptly. The quality of our carpet and flooring we purchased was excellent. Both times the installers they sent were professional and worked very hard and did quality work as well as cleaning up. We were very pleased and would use again as well as recommend to others
