For my first visit to the actual carpet installation, the entire experience was wonderful. Kate was amazing and she kept in constant communication throughout the entire process. Her flooring crew was professional and very respectful. They arrived on-time, worked quickly and beautifully. I love my new carpets and would absolutely recommend Kate/Gregory to anyone who is looking for a professional flooring company. A++ all the way!
