I gave 2 stars for the drive thru but I'd give 5 stars for the cleanliness of the place, as it should be for being brand new.
I used the drive thru once and it took absolutely ages to get through. Next 3 visits I have just gone in to the shop, noting the last vehicle in the drive thru queue. Each time I have been in, served and left before the noted car has even reached the order window.
You need to speed this process up Greggs.
