Indian doctor just kick me out saying that I'm hypochondriac, the other doctor (English lady) sent me to full blood test, I was diagnose HVC virus and I start chemo treatment that safe my live. Be careful and do not give your health in to the Indian doctor hands (BTW, I have nothing to the Indian people)

A doctor (Indian woman in room number 4) who's name i don't know, did not care about my problem (back pain) at all, didn't want to advice and help me and tried to get rid of me asap saying that another patient is waiting.

I have been with this practice for more than 30 ye...

I have been with this practice for more than 30 years. I have always managed to see a doctor swiftly if needed and as finances are more and more squeezed they still try do their best for me. The NHS is going through challenging times but this practice has done its best to adapt to the changing situations. In my experience the doctors have always been dedicated and professional despite the NHS restrictions.

Forced to put one star but it deserves none. Rude staff at reception and on the phone, and unhelpful GPs always changing. I have been lied to on several occasions for referral bookings (just to waste weeks of waiting time) and have even been mocked by one of the GPs for a pneumonia which was diagnosed by the GP as a man flu (reported). Hopeless and useless, simply appalling. Avoid for your own good.

Engaged at this clinic since year 2004,
I would rate this clinic -10 , rude ladies at the reception the same ladies since 14 years I have been patient at this clinic and all of them rude with pass certificate, doctors seems they don t bother to help or investigate you case , I have a lipoma in my lower back since one year and disabled me totally .

And still waiting my referral to orthopaedic since 4 months , instead of doing CT scan and send me to general surgery specialist, waste one year in waiting and useless investigation and waste of time , bad service bad attitude Bad receptionists bad doctors every thing is bad NHS please control this place or close it down.

Unprofessional staff, impolite and inquisitive, making inappropriate comments. Unhelpful, unkind towards patients, making them feel like intruders by saying we are busy here ( what do you actaully need??). Would highly NOT recommend this surgery

Rude receptionist, didn't request prescriptions to be send to pharmacy, when came to collect it it wasnt there, after 45mins of battle with receptionist it was reprinted but items missing!! 2weeks on still not solved! Useless

1) They charge 1 pound per sheet of paper and they...

1) They charge 1 pound per sheet of paper and they do not allow to send you it by email. They rob their patients.

2) They lost my documents that I have had with them for 10 years.

3) they have a new secretary every month and there is no organisation whatsoever. Management by koye is as bad as it can get.

4) Most doctor's are unable to speak English.

Worse medical center I have ever seen.

There is not been one time I have found a friendly face at the reception, I feel sorry for the old people that have no voice to speak back ,as they are more vulnerable, to the rudeness they experience in this clinic, I can see every time towards anyone, they are just Rude, last time I went there I found a signage saying not to shout at the staff members, I was not surprised at all that someone is shouted at them.
Also Patients are not treated seriously, is been over an year that I am going trying to find out what is wrong with me and only after I had an abortion they were able to tell me that I have polycystic ovary , I believe after all the visits and blood tests I have done they should have known this before my abortion took place,
I should have known this from them long time ago even before my pregnancy when I started showing concernes about my well being, pains unstable mind also probably related - now is too late!
I also now express that I am experiencing again depression and anxiety I believe I need my thyroid checked as they are saying that there is nothing wrong with my hormones ,which I doubt as depression and anxiety shows when I am close to my period ONLY but I was suggested to a psychologist coz all I need is talk, I accepted and I contacted some support but still as I saw that even previously they were not able to spot my problems today I was looking to book an appointment over the phone to still check my thyroid, they refuse the doctor to call me and instead I have to book a regular appointment (waste of time mine, of the doctor, and patients that needs more in clinic support) I understand that is London and there are many people to be seen and listened too but this would Save the space for someone else and the doctor would just spend 5 min over the phone to book this with me.
While struggling with my health and state of mind , I have also a career to look after and I have not really time to come talk about a matter I have been discussing for so long with them, at this stage I believe they need something tragic to happen before starting taking People seriously and working on their professionalisms & organisation.
RESUMING: patients go to the doctor because they are sick, they should find empathy and kindness, the staff is not appropriate for this role, they are clearly unhappy with what they are doing ! rude and unhelpful!
In years that I am going there I found only one lady that was helpful (short hair dark skin) the rest should really consider change jobs.
I never leave reviews & I had to sine up for this but I hope action will be taken because I know for sure I am not the only one complaining and many of the patients are old and not have the possibility on leaving reviews online - I talk on the behalf of many this is a serious matter it is people Health and well-being it should be handled with competence.

Good service, seen when needed. But I believe blood pressure checks should be done when you visit and not only when you request it. Especially if every family member has high blood pressure and heart disease. I feel they are not very thorough.

Seriously disappointing experience today as well, my matter did get resolved however that was after speaking with the reception manager who was awesome, i am still rating the 1 star, simply as after reading many reviews, its clear the people are more upset by the way they are treated by the reception team, what amazes me is why the practice manager chooses to do nothing about it, same staff, same attitude, we understand they are doing a tough job but so are alot of the people that visit the practise, people dont call or come in looking for arguments, but the reception team need to show more empathy and be more patient.

Been coming to this surgery for many years now. Without fail, the receptionist/s come across with such attitude and rudeness. If you dont want to be helpful, then dont do the job. The only reason why I keep coming back is because I've come to the same doctor for over 30 years and she is good at her job.

Went there with my dad for appointment recently , they run 35 min late no information were given . Asked lady from reception why they running so late no information at all , instead received rude and unprofessional response from her . A lady doctor upstairs very incompetent asked her to extend my dad sick note as he need to provide it to his employer , she advised him to go back to work even in fact that he is disabled and unable to work at the moment .
Very very disappointed with this GP not recommended

Hi , i have stood like an idiot on the line for 5 minutes until someone answered and asked me to hold, being polite i said ok i will wait , i have waited until they have closed the line.After that i have tried to call for several times, line was busy, finally after 30 tries of phone calls someone answered, when i have asked for an appointment for today after 5:30 she said to me that was the only one, i asked ok can you tell me who is going to come to that nurse after 5:30,meaning when is the next appointment and that lady said the next available is on 6 of november.
Am i idiot?Ok then i said fine, then book me for 5:30, then she said the appointment gone...i said that is ridicioulous...while trying to find something someone just took the appointment.1 star rateing is even more than i can afford to give to those receptionists for their service, poor poor service, for 5 minutes check i had to wait for 20 minutes on the line with no any result.

Got a phone appointment to speak to a doctor after 3 days..Told him about my problem and the medicine I required.He sent a request to the Pharmacy, for me to collect after 2 days. Wrong medicine prescribed. Cannot speak to surgery manage. Receptionist decides, this is prescription problem and passes it to pharmacist, to call me sometime??????

Not even worth 1 star. Impatient people work there and will never want to explain again as Im not talking English as native language. Not even tell any information when I registered. Bad in phone manner as well! Btw I do paid for NHS as I paid for my visa, disappointed!!!

They keep cancelling appointment at very short not...

They keep cancelling appointment at very short notice but once u get appointment and running 5 min late ( because of snow) they will not take you. Usually u need to wait for doctor or nurse more than 30 min. Don't understand why they can't take someone in if late only 5 min.

My dad make appointment for his syringed. First appointment was cancelled. Second appointment nurse asked him to use olive drops and come back after a week. We kept saying we already did this but she wasn't listening. For third appointment he was late. (5min only) Now he need to wait another week. He Can't hear anything in one ear for more than a month he is so annoyed.

I can understand everything but cancelling appointments it's so often. Dad has diabetes and need to be checked regularly. I need to present at the doctors cos he can't speak English. Few times I was travelling all the way from Manchester to find out his appointment was cancelled. Then we need to rebook appointment but it's never convinient. They need to sort out their stuff level. Never sufficient.
I feel sorry for reception stuff cos they need to deal with all angry patient. On the other hand it is so frustrating.

Doctors at the practice will never investigate your health if you are unwell.
my mother had a cancer and she were told for 3 month everything is fine.
I am so sick of them when you come over to them unwell and they let you go out without doing anything to you they are horrible .

No reccomended at all. RECEPTION doesn't know what to do how to book appoitment. Doctor asking me what I am thinking about my baby Just clearly Iam not a doctor. If you have diffrent choise just use it. Rega y not reccomended. Back to this GP after 4 weeks was warst nathing change. This GP is a big joke after my last vist this afternoon happy to leave them

I have been a patient at this surgery exactly 30 years now and the staff have always been very polite and helpful any time I call or visit the surgery. The GP'''s are all very professional and listen to your problems. Today I rang to speak with the practice manager Tina Carroll who was very nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who wants excellent health care service.

This GP surgery is the worst GP I have ever came across the receptionists are the utterly unprofessional is the Fourth time that I booked appointments with the doctor and when I turned up they said you haven't been booked who ever answer the phone didn't book you on I can understand if is one of but unfortunately it becomes normal and I don't think it is really ok to treat like that patients who need help so please be careful if you ever want to be one of their patients think twice.

Reception staff sometimes seem a bit rude , having said that they are dealing with lots of calls , requests , cancellations , blood test results , prescription orders and late patients . In a very busy surgery ! And emergency cases . What I would say is the Doctors are very professional , polite and they know what they are doing ! And the doctors are under immense presure and they are not Jesus Christ ! They do their best and are only human ! All in all , I try to keep away from the place !!

Honestly I had ugly experience calling the GP, one of the receptionist was totally Unprofessional, she was just like a robot, she is not even trying to listen although had no patient at all, I believe she had no idea how to deal with people over the phone,

I been 3 times to this Gp with my 3 months old so...

I been 3 times to this Gp with my 3 months old son , they said everything is fine, but nothing was fine . I ended up calling 999 ambulance came and took him to st Mary's hospital they kept him under observation for 5 days.

Reception staff truly rude, Doctors all are unhelpful , my mother passed 7 years ago because they never ask her to come for routine check up, also my dad had cancer and passed because he wasn't called for bowel screen for over 60 and when we asked why he wasn't called for the test we never got an answer , better to close it up because it is run down by unprofessional

Truely frustrating....Was told to call at 8am for cancellation appt. started calling at 8am on the dot called no less than 25 times between 8 and 8.15 on 2 different numbers to get user busy message, when I do get through rude lady tells me all doc appt gone and I must see the nurse... really... how convenient. I personally think the phone was off the hook the whole time. I understand there may well have been no cancellations.

I don t like to complain about public services as they do a difficult job and receive little appreciation, but I ve been on the receiving end of poor service from Reception staff here on a few occasions and unfortunately they are rude. This is not a reflection of the doctors and nurses at this practice. Come on guys... it s not what you say it s how you say it.
