Seriously disappointing experience today as well, my matter did get resolved however that was after speaking with the reception manager who was awesome, i am still rating the 1 star, simply as after reading many reviews, its clear the people are more upset by the way they are treated by the reception team, what amazes me is why the practice manager chooses to do nothing about it, same staff, same attitude, we understand they are doing a tough job but so are alot of the people that visit the practise, people dont call or come in looking for arguments, but the reception team need to show more empathy and be more patient.
