This surgery don't deserve even half the star!

This surgery don't deserve even half the star!
Rude receptionist, didn't request prescriptions to be send to pharmacy, when came to collect it it wasnt there, after 45mins of battle with receptionist it was reprinted but items missing!! 2weeks on still not solved! Useless
