I was contacted by Courtney and scheduled for an interview. I completed a lot of online paperwork prior to my interview. I arrived early, was dressed professionally and had my resume in hand as requested. I assume they did not feel I was not a good fit for the position which is fine, my rating of this company is because their was no follow up. I was told a decision would be made by the end of the week. I asked if I would receive a call/email Courtney said yes by Friday because she would be out of the office the next week. I did not receive any communication. That is not ok as I took my time and gas to come to the interview the least the company can do is follow up...

There's a number of recruiting firms to choose from in the Triangle area when looking for your next opportunity. I'm glad I ran into Greene Resources during my job hunt. Greene Resources helped me find a position in IT and were totally supportive during the entire process. I worked closely with Chris K. and he was highly responsive, very professional, and courteous. Some of the other staff who I interacted with were also quite helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great firm and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks!

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this agency. I applied for an open position. Went through the agency interview process, and submitted requested information in a very timely manner to the recruiter. Days went by with no follow up or communication from the recruiter. So, I reached out to find out where things stood and if my information had been submitted to the company for the position. The response was that the company was now doing interviews on their own. Which I guess meant they weren t interviewing the agency candidates.

A few days later, I received a email notice from the agency recommending that I apply for the same position that I had already applied for. Why would this be recommended if what the recruiter said was true? I called the agency to find out what the actual status of the job position was and to try and speak with someone else who may have been more up to date. Nope. I was politely told that I could leave a voicemail for my recruiter.

No. I will not waste anymore time with this company. The entire experience has left me extremely disappointed.

Be careful when looking for work here. These people are associated with RTI International on capital blvd and You do not want to work there. Upon my departure, my paycheck was rearranged. I worked a total of 77 hours in a pay period and was scammed out of 11 of those hours. Each day of that pay period I worked 8 hours and 30 minutes with the exception of Mondays(I work only 8 hours mondays), my last there I only worked 2 hours and about 30 minutes. I insured to do so because I have rent to take care of. When I reviewed my time sheet, there had been days where my hours were reduced all the way to 5 HOURS in one shift! When I called to speak with Katherine Foley about it, She told me "I'll get to it when I can.'' I guess Green resources and its associates don't understand what its like to have rent, bills and among other things to satisfy with your paycheck. And if you feel as though there is something done by the company that is unjust to you as the employee? there is NO where to turn to speak to someone about it or report any one. It is all discussed among themselves, and you can only imagine how effective that is. I have even went to the better business bureau about this company. Good luck to anyone who works here and be prepared to be looked down on and belittled by anyone in upper management.

Hats off to Ashly Bartee. She is honest, professional, fair, understanding and caring.. If I had more space I could include more adjectives that describe her talents. I am seeking employment in the North Carolina area and with her, I have no doubt I will soon land a great position.
I trust her, and if you are blessed to have her as your recruiter then you know exactly what I mean.

I worked for this company in Texas, and not only did they put me in a role I was not qualified for, but they paired me up with a abusive client. Client dismissed me, company called and told me. Not only did I make my case with the recruiter who called, but I was not given a chance to speak to HR.

My first experience with Greene Resources was with Caroline during the end of 2017. She was kind, helpful and continued to keep me up to date regarding new roles that I may be interested in.

I had another interaction with Kelsey. She was very friendly and helpful as well. Although I ended up with a full time position outside of Greene Resources, I'd highly recommend this company and use them in the future!

I ve applied to several positions in the Raleigh,NC area over the past two years, I recently went in for an interview for an appointment Setter Position. I have several years experience working in a high-volume Call Center. However that was not the kicker, while interviewing my recruiter stated that some of the posted positions on their website, the employers actually don t even use them as they have moved to in-house hiring.

So I have two issues, One they are misleading in the information provided as they do not have contracts with some of the employers formerly and , Two although I m qualified for the position with experience, I was not selected for the position by the employer they stated , which they have subsequently reposted on their website. And they do not have a contract with CREE lighting so do not waste your time .. apply with Cree directly

Can't thank you enough! I worked with Caroline H. and she was so helpful and flexible through the whole process. I was in the middle of moving and she was willing to do a Skype interview with me instead of in-person, which was wonderful. A few weeks after she first contacted me, she had me set up for a contract-to-hire position which I couldn t be more happy about. Thanks to Greene and Caroline, I found a job within weeks of moving to NC. I couldn t have done it without you!

My wife met with Kelsey in May. The following day she emailed her to advise that she was holding off on taking the tests since she was waiting for a job offer and would update her in a few days. The following week my wife e-mailed her to advise that she wanted Greene to help her find employment and was ready to take the tests. Kelsey was e-mailed twice and a phone message was left and she never heard back. Not a good way to conduct business. Very unhappy with Greene and will never refer them to anyone.

Greene Resources is fast, reliable, thorough, and professional. After taking the Bar Exam, I needed a contract job while waiting on my scores. They worked with me and my resume, found an amazing job at an amazing company with pretty good pay, in a quick and efficient manner. Because of such a great job pairing, my contract was extended and I was offered a promotion.
The Greene staff, kept in touch, asked about how I liked my new job, and helped with any questions or needs I had. As someone who was new to using a recruiting firm, I was lucky to have an incredible experience!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Greene Resources lack recruiters who care about their clients and the role they are filling. There is no communication what-so-ever. You call and no response. From this day forward, I will quit dealing with third-parties like Greene Resources. Hopefully, they will go-under, so those of us searching for a job or career can find one without this company interfering.

I was initially contacted by Carissa Wolff, Recruiting Specialist, who explained the job that were looking to fill. I was very excited as the subject of project and the employer were both jobs/employers I was extremely interested in.

However, I was having a medical issue and called Greene Resources to discuss possibilities with job and for me to receive medical care needed. I made three phone calls. One to Carissa Wolf, Alexandra Hodge and Colton Woods none of which returned my call. I also left a message and emailed Colton Woods, who is a Recruiting Team LEAD. Never heard back from anyone at anytime. Very POOR communication and direction. I would like to call the employer direct because it is a job I would really like to have.

Greene Resources also Fed Ex'd a huge notebook regarding the employer and project involved. Should this type of info be mailed out to someone who hasn't even been hired yet? Is this a breach of confidentiality?

I had a wonderful experience and pleasure working with Kelsey Twine, an agent from Green Resources. During my job search, Kelsey provided me with all important information about hiring process of a potential employer and assisted me with directions for the interview. She responded very fast to any of my calls. Working with this agent was enjoyable, while job search process can be a very stressful experience. While communicating over the phone or though emails, I was very impressed by the service of Kelsey and this company.

Horrible staffing company and I haven't even worked there. You aren't allowed to speak with no one other than the receptionist COLLEEN even if you have a question that pertains to the job Inquisition which only a recruiter can answer. She disregards everything you ask especially if you are calling and requesting to speak with some one whom which you know the recruiter name you wish to speak to and she still will ignore you and say if someone is interested they will call you. Someone?? After I've given get the clear of the recruiter. Horrible receptionist.

Greene Resources is an amazing company. The staff is very punctual, professional, and kind. I was struggling to find work after living in NC for one year, and I applied to a few temp agency's and none of them really followed up with me, except Greene Resources. They always checked up on me to see if I needed help with finding job placement. One staff, in particular, name Kelsey was super helpful and she kept her word in helping me find a position that best fit me. After a few tries I finally got a temporary position and for me, it is a great start to a new career path. Thank you Greene Resources!

Keep in mind, friends, that as an employee of a temp agency you are not the customer. The company hiring Greene is the customer. The term "customer service" is not applicable here. The recruiters have no obligation to return the calls of every single applicant to every single online job. It is the job seeker's obligation to follow up.

Now, with that topic cleared up, Greene is a temp agency. They are able to pay you $10/hour, yet receive $20-$25/hour from their customer, the company at which the temp is assigned. This is normal. No health care is also normal. At Greene, we actually had the McDonald's health care plan that was held up in congress as a terrible example. I was paid an increasingly small amount, down from $15 to $12 to $10 to $8. One company fired me because I had one too many migraines, and Greene didn't fire me. They didn't stand up for me either.

You can make some money here. It's not great and you may end up feeling resentment. The temp worker situation is basically one step from indentured servitude. Greene is the same, no worse and no better.

I had the worst experience with this temp agency.....

I had the worst experience with this temp agency... Where do I start ...I was contacted by one there recruiters saying that I was selected for one of there positions so I did all necessary hiring paperwork including background checks and pay card info etc.. also reading and signing off on the contracted company's employee handbook. A couple of days later I was contacted by Greene resource to go submit a drug assessment which I passed .. Then I contacted them after not hearing from them for about a day or two...I was told that they could not move forward with me do to something that was in my background which is nothing more than minor traffic citations and a misdemeanor drug charge from 11years ago!!! Which I included in the application process. I mean a complete waste of time I will be filing a complaint I past up jobs during this process, I was completely lead on.

Greene Resources is an amazing place to work. I'm so glad that I joined the team, and am always so proud to tell people where I work since Gary and the team have such a great reputation in the Triangle community. We truly care to find the right person to join our clients' teams, and consider ourselves an extension of their team. Great work/life balance and supportive management.

My experience with Greene Resources couldn't have been better. After applying to several positions on Greene's website, Kelsey reached out to me about an opportunity for a contract-to-hire role that was both personally and professionally well-suited. She communicated with me throughout the application and interview process and worked to get me the best offer possible. I have recently received a full-time offer and credit Kelsey and Greene Resources for putting together such a good match. Thank you Greene Resources!

I forgot to post this. Back in July, I was contacted by a recruiter from Greene for a position with RTI International that I applied for via Indeed (which I don't recommend working with). I took the script interview and passed. I really appreciate the way the staff was with me in getting everything done in a timely manner. I am giving four stars is because of the lack of detail given in reference to the position I was hired for. I was under the impression that I was calling doctor offices and getting data but not harass them as with sales positions in a call center type setting. I didn't go to college for that. I'd use them in the future should I need to.

Applied with Greene Resources on a whim after deciding to make a career change. I wasn t quite sure what to expect, but all I can say is I m very impressed and would absolutely work with Greene again for any future career changes. Ryan Z. is my recruiter and he did a phenomenal job walking me through the whole process. He was very informative and quick to respond. He made sure all questions I had or may have had were answered. He was very pleasant to speak to over the phone and I am very thankful for him taking the time to reach out to me to give me the great opportunity I have working at Phononic.

Interviewed for a job that one of these recruiters had in the pipe (software sales) and could not, for the life of me, get any sort of update from the staff on the status of my candidacy for the position. Tried emailing a few times and calling with absolutely no response. Such a waste of time and energy during an already tenuous time looking for a new job. Not hearing anything back directly from a company is frustrating enough but from an actual staffing company- really unfortunate. Overall seems like a decent company but don't be surprised if you don't hear anything back.

Shady frauds. I had a call from one of the recruiters (Tejal) and she stated she had a position that needed immediate filling. After contacting her back, she said i would never be able to work with Greene Resources after a no call no show 3 years ago. I told her that it wasn t possible that i would do something like that. And i actually had receipts between me and the recruiters, showing i cancelled the interview more than 24 hours in advance. I sent them over to her and she stated she would talk to the recruiters and call me back. I followed up a few times, but no response. That was 4 months ago. This company sucks and i wouldn t let them hire my left shoe.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! They will lie to you: I was told 90 days, on the phone and in the interview and then I will get hired full time. Once I arrived, it was 6 months! I got a feedback call after hours to give feedback to me based on assumption, not my job performance. After quiting, for a better job 3 weeks after starting I still wasn't paid yet. I was told I would get paid by the end of the month---a month later--still no pay checks. Yes, I said CHECKS. the first one is late because of an address issue, the second one is late because they want to verify it is going to the right person? They recommended that I, 1. wait a couple of weeks, or 2. pay for my checks to get sent to me...pay for my own money.....No. I decided to wait. After a whole month I suggested they overnight it to the address I provided twice already. Still no answer or solution. I asked for a tracking number and phone number I can call to verify where the checks were, since they told me it was sent via USPS. All I received was backlash of what was already said and a phone number to call. STILL NO CHECKS. But, they "understand my frustration..." OKAY. STAY TUNED--(Follow up: within 24 hours after getting this review posted, my first check was over-nighted, the second was directly deposited; which I recommended prior multiple times. (All of a sudden they have the right address) Life goes on, but damn it took SIX weeks (30 BUSINESS days) and a bad review for me to get paid?! Don't be next on the company's excuse radar.

I was real unhappy because when I took the script test for the position with a recruiter, I didn't pass because of a few words that she claimed that I didn't pronounce right and knowing that I did in fact pronounce the words in the script right, I have a accent and I can't help it. I just came from out of state and only been here for two weeks to look for opportunities for myself and better myself, drove 11 hours away and found out this wasn't what I thought it would be I just thought that I would be getting a job here but no luck, never again. Waste of time

In all my successful professional experience I hav...

In all my successful professional experience I have never observed and experienced such blatantly poor and unresponsive customer service as I have experienced at Greene Resources. The other reviewer on this site that indicates them as poor in customer service is spot on with their critique.

Their website also lists jobs that you apply for and they seem to never take them down. In other words, once you apply for the position and you are a good fit and qualified for it, they do not call you for it or return your call about it at all, Yet the posting will sit there for months and months as the same job posting. Is that false advertising?

The ironic thing is that their website looks as though they are all about concern for the potential employee/applicant, but they are really not. And that is extremely evident in the way the never even acknowledge you after well spaced out attempts to contact them to keep connected and apprised of the results of your efforts in applying..

Greene Resources staff, you really could use some development in personal leadership and empathy for others. Do not just let people hang on empty lines that you care - follow up with them for God's sake - not doing so makes your potential workers think that you truly just don't care about people at all.

I just had an unfortunate and highly unprofessional experience with Mr. Scott Greenwood. The gentleman contacted me on March 7th about a customer service position for a medical client in Morrisville. I replied by emailing him my resume and left a voicemail. Today, March 9th, I attempted to speak with him. He was avoiding me. Once I was finally able to speak with Scott (on my 6th consecutive try), he tells he should have called or replied to my email and that I needed to apply at the company's website (contrary to the email he sent). I voiced my dissatisfaction and requested to talk to the office manager. According to Mr. Greenwood, "We don't have one." before hanging up on me.

Reached out to this agency regarding a P/T position, and was contacted via text message by a recruiter. She asked to schedule time for a phone interview. I texted her back with a time and she never responded. I texted her back AFTER the time I'd suggested and she THEN tells me she couldn't make that time (you don't say)! She never apologized for the inconvenience or lack of communication.... She then suggests an alternate time, which I accepted....You guessed it! No call! NEVER have I experienced such a lack of professionalism! Steer clear of this place!
