Keep in mind, friends, that as an employee of a temp agency you are not the customer. The company hiring Greene is the customer. The term "customer service" is not applicable here. The recruiters have no obligation to return the calls of every single applicant to every single online job. It is the job seeker's obligation to follow up.
Now, with that topic cleared up, Greene is a temp agency. They are able to pay you $10/hour, yet receive $20-$25/hour from their customer, the company at which the temp is assigned. This is normal. No health care is also normal. At Greene, we actually had the McDonald's health care plan that was held up in congress as a terrible example. I was paid an increasingly small amount, down from $15 to $12 to $10 to $8. One company fired me because I had one too many migraines, and Greene didn't fire me. They didn't stand up for me either.
You can make some money here. It's not great and you may end up feeling resentment. The temp worker situation is basically one step from indentured servitude. Greene is the same, no worse and no better.
