Repeated problems with refuse and recycling material collection, bins are not collected on the basis of need but if the driver could be bothered. Complaints are not dealt with - the last time I invoked WCBC email complaints procedure I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply
First off I don't know what we pay council tax for each month, wrexham is a mess, the streets are dirty, rubbish everywhere, grass is over grown all over wrexham, half the street lights on my street don't even work at night, can someone please tell me what this money I pay each month goes too?, all I see each week is my bins getting done and that's never on time, it's all a waste of money, no wonder people struggle each month, this money we all pay could go towards something much more cost effective, if I have have a issue and need to call the council they are always rude on the phone and never sound like they care or want to help,
They do not hurry to sort out a potentially serious amount of money added to a bill despite being made aware of my mental illness. Shocking customer service making me wait all weekend when could have been dealt with.
Phoned to enquire about paying rent and council tax as machines will not accept card payments they will only accept cash.when I asked when they will be repaired I was informed there was nothing wrong with them as we want people to pay cash or over the phone staff not very helpful,called into Lord street a couple of times but some staff arrogant.
