Great hostel! It fully justifies its price for its money, and even more!
Rooms are ventilated, each guest has curtains around the perimeter of the bed (for lovers of personal space, as for me, this is a huge plus), a personal lamp, 2 personal sockets, a personal fan and a spacious storage room. A clean towel can be rented for $ 1.
I was in an 8-bed mixed room, but there was no noise / discomfort / inconvenience - all the residents were cultured, no one stole anything, no one made noise, mostly students stay here.
The bathrooms are clean, renovated, slightly ill-conceived - there is no shelf for bottles in the shower stall itself, but these are trifles. And by the way, the bathrooms themselves were made a lot, only on the second floor there were about 10, if not more, so there were no queues even during "rush hours" (morning / evening).
Huge + these are free breakfasts - several breakfast cereals to choose from, milk, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, toast, jam, butter.
The kitchen, plates, cups, pots, pans, microwave oven, stove, sink, etc. are available to the public.
There is also a vending machine with free water, you can collect some water in your container, free of charge.
The front desk is friendly, everyone showed and told.
The only negative is that in the evenings they like to smoke weed in the common room, since it is legalized in Seattle. So I do not recommend appearing in the lobby in the evening, it will blow away with smoke :) But as for me, this is a minor minus. Everything is cultural, visitors do not make a rowdy, but simply relax.
The location is simply gorgeous - close to Pike Place Market! In fact, the very heart of the city, next to the Ferris Wheel, the waterfront, the first Starbucks, a few blocks away is the Columbia Center. 15 minutes walk to Olympic Sculpture Park, Seattle Center. Convenient transport interchange. Easy to get to and from the airport.
If you are thinking whether to stay here, I can safely say - definitely worth it!
