We recently purchased another car (2017 Ford Escape) from Greeley Subaru.

We contacted the amazing salesperson we last worked with (three years ago) and quickly realized why Greeley Subaru is not only one of the very best places to buy or lease, Karen Funston is an absolute delight to work with.

She is pleasant, knowledgeable, organized and just made the entire process smooth, troublefree and a lot of fun.

Would we recommend her? ABSOLUTELY!

We just purchased our first Subaru. We narrowed our choices to the Lexus RX 350; Toyota Highlander: and Subaru Ascent. They all rated well with Consumer Reports, Edmunds, and Kelly Blue Book. As Lexus owners, we were partial to the Lexus RX 350. We test drove all three several times. We did much research and visited four dealerships. We choose Greeley Subaru. Greeley Subaru provided the best purchasing experience. Blain Trimbach was our sales representative. Blaine provided superior service. He answered all our questions in a straight forward, clear, and concise manner. He appeared to be really concerned to meet our needs, answers our questions, and help us solve our problem of deciding which car is the best choice for our needs. Blaine helped us as opposed to selling us. He didn't speak poorly of the other two cars we were considering. The other dealerships spoke poorly of their competitors. Blaine Trimbach concerned himself with meeting our needs and demands As a retired business professional, I was impressed with his demeanor. Sales are truly about solving problems and meeting the needs of customers not pressuring people into a purchase. Blaine provided no pressure. I have always held that pressure is for inferior products or inferior sales professionals. Blaine allowed us the opportunity to see that purchasing the Ascent would meet our needs. It was obvious to us the Ascent was the superior choice. Angel arranged the financial paperwork. Angel made the process simple and short.. We are thankful to Blaine and Angel for their superior service. We do not live in Greeley but made our purchase in Greeley because of Blaine Trimbach. Thank you Greeley Subaru.

My husband and I were in a sub-optimal situation after my car was rear ended and totaled. We live in Fort Collins but took the drive out to Greeley Subaru because they had the exact same car on the lot that I was driving previously (Subaru Outback 3.6R- BEAST). Brandon was extremely attentive throughout the entire process, without giving my husband and I any feelings of being "pressured" whatsoever. In fact, we all found ourselves laughing and joking around throughout the process as we all became friends. The overall experience was incredible because not only did he and Dal Kanton (whom I also give 5-stars) advocate for us throughout the whole process- but they gave us their personal cell numbers and kept us up to date on how things were going each day. On the last day, my husband and I drove an incredible vehicle off the lot with an awesome rate in tow!! (Something that wouldn't have been possible without Dal's perseverance with the banks). My husband and I give Brandon and Dal at Greeley Subaru 5-stars each because they truly made us feel like they were there for us, and the customer service was stellar. They are not just good salesmen though- they are good people and we would recommend their services to any of our friends!! Thanks again guys... we love our Subaru!!!!!!

I purchased a used 2018 subaru outback with 16,700 miles on it yesterday from Karen F. The whole experience was seamless! Karen went above and beyond to provide thorough, honest, and prompt service. She even met us at a winery we were at with our friends to complete the paper work while we were in the area. We drove all the way from Denver to Greeley because the reviews for this dealership and the prices of cars there were so impressive, and it really is true- it's that good. I'd be careful going to these guys.... They tried to get extra money out of me when that wasn't necessary, they told me I needed to change all of my brakes , ( front and back ) , talked with the Veteran Dellenbach dealership and those guys said I did not need back brakes , just only fronts , so Greeley Subaru pretty much lied to me or either is just trying to get extra $ out of people , they also told me my engine oil was dry one time I went in for an oil change , how is that possible on a brand new Subaru STI ? Oil just doesn't go dry like that, anyways , be careful when dealing with them , seems sketchy , I do not want any of you to go thru my same experience , needless to say I won't be going back to them for servicing , I'll make the 40 minute drive to Fort Collins @ Dellenbach

Whenever my Subaru Outback needs service I drive 50 miles from Denver back to Ehrlich Subaru in Greeley, where I purchased my car. Gene was great when I purchased answering all my questions and let me test drive a bunch of vehicles before deciding on a new Outback. Steve in Service is always happy and honest and very up front about what service items need to be done now and what can be addressed later. I NEVER feel like anything is just added on. The Service guys always treat my car like it is theirs making sure it stays clean .and it usually gets a free wash weather permitting of course. I have recommended Ehrlich to several friends who now take their vehicles there for service.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured and you could tell the employees cared about their product. Frank was our salesman and made the buying experience very enjoyable. Steve spent time giving us a tutorial of all the tech and features throughout the car which was extremely beneficial.

For the first time being here it was awesome while we were deciding on which car to get, Travis came in and helped us every step of the way. He was very patient and helpful throughout our visit he helped us through out the week just to get the perfect car for us.Not only that the staff there friendly and NOT pushy and greedy,its a very family friendly environment were anyone can come to.Overall this is the BEST place to come to to get a car.Thank you Travis and Greeley Subaru staff for helping us to enjoy our car purchase here.I definitely suggest Travis if your going to get a car here at Greeley Subaru.

Received excellent service from Jeremiah Clapper when I recently purchased a used Subaru. Every staff member I met was very friendly and customer oriented. I did have to wait quite a long time just to sign documents.

Best service I have received ANYWHERE in a long, long time. Frank was more than patient with the 3 hours I spent deliberating and price shopping them. He went above and beyond. They beat every price out there by a lot. Every single employee and manager I came in contact with was amazing! I can't say enough about this dealership. I drove from Castle Rock. No matter where you live, it's worth the drive!!!

From the beginning, John Bryant at Greeley Subaru provided attentive and honest service. Before my first visit, he had 3 cars washed and ready for test driving. John and Greeley Subaru provided a great low price from the very beginning. The "out the door" price was very transparent and fair. No hidden fees. Because of John's honesty, we felt Greeley Subaru would provide a great price for whatever choice we made.

I was in the market for a late-model Dodge Durango for use in my small business. After having limited success initially through another source, I called Greeley Subaru on a referral. Within 30 minutes of my call there were 5 vehicles in my email for me to check out. Working closely with David and Karen I narrowed it down to the right vehicle that met my needs, quickly and easily got financed, and purchased the vehicle at a very good price (I had done a fair amount of research on this ahead of time). A great finishing touch was finding the vehicle in the showroom with a big bow around it when we came to pick it up. If you're in the market for a new Subaru or ANY make/model of a used vehicle I wholeheartedly recommend Greeley Subaru.

Fantastic staff and huge selection of cars for every budget and credit score!!!! Frank was a great salesman who helped me find a car I loved at a price and monthly payment I was comfortable with, you also get free car washes for life when you buy a car here, I have to give credit to the rest of the sales team everyone else I dealt with from the sales team was top notch and made me feel right at home. I will be coming back here next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

First I would like to say this is the first time I have ever taken time out of my day to leave a review. I went to this dealership and told the sales person that I needed a reliable car for my wife and daughter and that I had stage for melanoma so money was tight and I did not want to finance. The sales person called me a couple days later with a 2013 Subaru outback and told me it was rated 91 out of 100. They wanted 13,200 and I paid 12,500 cash. After driving the car About 2500 miles the oil light came on because of an oil consumption problem so we called them and they said when I had time to bring the car in and they would give me a good deal on trade. Shortly after that the AC went out and the cattlatic converter needed to be replaced. I brought the car in to make a trade and told them the issues about the oil consumption and their idea of a good deal was 4500 in trade after I had just paid 12,500 for the car not even eight months ago. So all in all they re telling me my car depreciated in value $8000 from the time I bought it and did nothing to help me with the problems the car had after Assuring me that this car would last for many years to come like I said they rated the car a 91 out of 100. If you re going to buy a used car I suggest not buying from Greeley Subaru unless you like lemons!

We had to bring our car in for an unplanned service and we were helped by Kylah. She kept us informed and cared by trying to get us in and out as quick as she could. We will be back for our future service needs on our car. Great dearlership, excellent customer service!

Got a clutch replaced in 2017 on an 03 WRX at 144k miles. This is not my daily driver as you can see by the mileage. Clutch failed after they replaced at 155k miles and say "its out of their warranty period" Avoid servicing your subaru here if you value your vehicle and money. They said theres nothing they can do about it.

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing our first vehicle in 11 yrs with Travis @ Greeley Subaru, and the experience couldn't have been better.

The entire team @ Greeley Subaru was great, but our now "Subaru Specialist for Life" Travis went above and beyond. Working via txt and email was a perfect way to accomplish an often daunting task with ease, and Travis never once pressured us on anything. Honestly, we will probably never buy elsewhere. A fair price, no pressure, excellent team, and a coffee machine that might alone be worth stopping in for!

Michelle has great people skills, friendly and patient. There is no high pressure like you find at other car dealers. Michelle knows Subaru!

Greeley Subaru isn't close to home for me, there are 2 others much closer, but I will always use Greeley. They are the best.

The sales team and staff at Greeley Subaru were fantastic. First, they found us an excellent car. They offered us top dollar for our trade and gave us a great deal on the price of the Legacy GT we bought. We worked directly with David Slone and Daisy Lopez. They were straightforward with us through the entire process and went out of their way for us. We will buy from them again. We could not be happier with our experience with Greeley Subaru, David, and Daisy. Thank you!

Before purchasing a car from Greeley Subaru:
1- Review and confirm final costs and taxes. I was told an out the door cost that "included all taxes". I'll chock this one up to an inexperienced salesman, but I was the one that had to eat the additional cost because apparently cash purchases only account for state taxes, so my actual cost was several hundred more than we agreed to. In retrospect, i should have walked away, but by that time I was ready to go home and just ate the surprise cost- they took no responsibility of the miscommunication and novice salesmanship.
2- They STILL owe me $60 for the diesel emissions test- required by law for them to pay.
3- DO NOT take their word for any repair inspections, or check engine light codes, that they've done. I was specifically told that the check engine light was ONLY for a bad gas cap. TAKE ANY AS-IS VEHICLE TO ANOTHER MECHANICAL REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY SAY. I had no reason to believe they would blatantly lie. The actual codes will add up to over $500 in repairs that I again have to eat because i took their word (a word which I specifically asked them to confirm the CEL code for and was told twice it was only a gas cap- it was nothing even remotely related.
4- Management did nothing. I called multiple times with no return phone call. I emailed multiple managers with no return emails.
5- Please don't take their word for anything. If they tell you they're only making a certain amount on a sale, it's false. The salesman told me they were only making $75 dollars on the car. The finance person claimed they were losing money on the car. I can guarantee they made good money based on what i paid and what trade-in value is on the truck.

If you're buying a new car here, then probably all you need to worry about is the total price and after-sale service. I'd have little faith in after-sale service except that you're kind of covered by Subaru in that case, but I wonder if the dealership would go to bat for you if needed.

If you're buying a used car, dot your i's and cross your t's- for me they were less trustworthy and respectable than any private party selling a car that i've dealt with.

Nov. this year was the 2nd time we have requested Gene as our sales person. We had a great experience working with him to purchase our 1st Outback. Gene has what we call "non salesman demeanor", he is patient and not pushy. He works hard to give us the best deal. He makes a point of saying "hello" whenever we are in the building.

We just recently purchased a Subaru Ascent from Greeley Subaru. I must say normally the car buying experience is about like having a root canal. However, I would say this was NOT the case at all in our experience with Greeley Subaru. Jeremiah was the salesperson (which I highly recommend) who we met with several months back and test drove the vehicle. There was no high pressure sales and he educated us on the features of the vehicle. At the time we were not ready to pull the trigger to purchase because we were "just shopping". Fast forward several months and after shopping around we came back to do another test drive and review the features again, which Jeremiah was very helpful with again. The General Manager came and spoke to us just to chat and find out about us and our family again NO high pressure sales. Then before we drove the car off the lot Steve did a tutorial of how all the features work in the vehicle, which was very helpful. Overall it was a pleasurable experience.

Dan Gehring has been taking care of my and my extended families vehicles for over 6 years. He is experienced and knowledgeable about all our issues and his suggestions are both helpful and affordable. He keeps the bottom line in mind when taking care of us. We will use the service at Greeley Subaru for years to come.

They did their best to drag their feet and make buying a vehicle an all day process. The sales rep didn't have knowledge of the vehicle we were purchasing, the head phones they threw in don't work it's been over a month still having issues getting the title not to mention we were lied to about how to go about it. Even after I told the person they were incorrect they proceeded to inject that I didn't know what i was speaking about. Low and behold I was correct and now we have issues that could've been avoided if they were honest or at least tried to verify their facts instead of talking to me like i don't know what I'm talking about. I wouldn't recommend this dealer over all the worst experience I've had.

I was hoping for a better experience when purchasing the 2020 Ascent from Greeley Subaru. The car was ordered and took approximately 8 weeks for it to arrive, during that 8 weeks we had zero communication from Greeley Subaru. we did receive 3 emails from Subaru Corp. But disappointed that there was zero communication at the local level. Then two days after the car arrived I had to call and ask if the car was there yet, my salesman said he did not know. So at that point he looked in computer and found out it arrived 2 days prior. We asked the salesman about the car and the deliver to the customer process, was told the car would be ready to go in an hour, this was a Wednesday. So we went to the dealership on Thursday morning and we find out that our salesman was off in Thursdays. So another salesman calls our salesman, and he comes in and takes care of all the he stuff he should have done Wednesday afternoon when he told us that he car would be ready to go in one hour. Needlessly to say, but this was pretty frustrating, concidering we were spending $40,000. The purchase was completed on Friday and after we left the dealership we found some things had not been taken care of, so once again frustration. That means we will have to schedule a follow-up visit to get paperwork and an installation completed. So in summary the communication for us was below expectation, and the delivery process of the car to us way below expiration.

I am still a customer if Greeley Subaru and I will still use them for service and future car purchases, but I hope the next time things go much better.

Bought a used Kia from this dealership and the experience was relatively quick and painless. They were clear about the condition of the car and even arranged for some maintenance on it we wanted prior to delivery. Shout out to Michelle Figolah for making the buying experience a good one.

I had a major issue with a car I bought from another dealership. They walked me through the process--helping me eliminate possible issues. When it became apparent that the issue was large, they gave me an estimate that they stayed up. But, to put the icing on the cake, they gave me a brand new care free of charge during the duration of the fix. I will gladly go back here when it is time to buy, but I will always recommend the mechanics here for the quality of service.

Noe DeLaRosa is a great service tech. I've been taking my car to Greeley Subaru for 2 years now and every time he attends to my car he's courteous and honest. My car is almost 10 years and I have never felt pressure to get services that are unnecessary and expensive.

Consistently excellent service by GM David Slone and his team of rock stars! Today we had a 9am service appointment for my wife s car. Got here a little late at 15 after. Talk about an awesome experience. I have been to many dealerships but never one like this. The staff and Manager made me feel like if I was their only customer, treated my son with the most respect and attention, and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes with all paperwork done. I live 45 minutes from the dealership and it was worth the drive. Highly recommend and would refer anyone to them.

I purchased my truck from Karen Dauenhauer-Funston back in December. The experience was nothing but first class. Karen and the Greeley Subaru dealership have been nothing but great to me. Buying a car can be a nightmare, but I can honestly say, the next time i am looking to buy, my first stop will be at Greeley Subaru. Now, 6 months later, I was having an issue with my truck. I reached out to Karen and she sprung into action! I was not another transaction to her, to this day, I am still her customer. She immediately got me in touch with Kylah Browning who was also fantastic to work with. Long story short, my truck is repaired and these girls took AMAZING care of me. Frank giving us the option of taking the truck for a test drive with just my husband and I. constant asking if We needed anything through the process. They tried to steal my trade in. To be fair they offered a fair value for my car. But $2,000 for a 2007 Honda VFR anniversary edition with 23000 miles shame

I love my Subaru and the Greeley dealership. Ever since I got my forester back in 2014 Noe of the service department has gone above and beyond to take care of me and my car. I have never seen this guy in a bad mood. Some people have told me to go to places like firestone but I really trust the guys here. Noe is always willing to answer all my questions and give me honest advice whenever I need it. He makes the service department shine and I never dread going in for an oil change. He's the best in the business and I hope he stays with them forever! Thanks Noe, you rock :)

So today we went to dealership to get one recall repair done and the found 2 other recalls that were also on the car that I had not been notified of. Living 2 hours from Greeley they asked if they could just fix it while we were there. They did a safety inspection of the car, cleaned the car, polished the headlights that had been scratched and foggy appearing and did numerous other things that they were not required to do. And did not charge me a penny. And when you live 2 hours from a city you have a HUGE list of things that needs to be done when you come to town, so they gave me a car to do my errands and on top of the gave a Starbucks gift cards. The customer service was impeccable! And we will return for any needs we have. Thank you for making a day that could have been hell become easy and pleasant.

I have used Greeley Subaru for all of my 2006 Baja service needs since we moved to Greeley. I have used many different service departments in all of my years of automobile operations (32 years). This shop far exceeds any other experiences I have ever had. I am a female driver and I have experienced many shops treating me like I have no idea as to what could be wrong with my car. (Once it even led to a blown motor because they didn't make the repair I told them that needed to be done and charged me for a fantasy repair. I had gotten frustrated, paid the bill, and left. That part was on me.) I have always had them listen to me. They are always courteous and timely. I frequently use their courtesy shuttle and their drivers are equally friendly and helpful. We have been so pleased with our interactions that my husband brought his used truck here. Recently I worked with Kylah Browning, she also met the expectations I have had the history of finding.

I have to express my appreciation for the professionalism and patience that Travis demonstrated in helping me make a selection on a new vehicle. I felt as though he demonstrated greater technical expertise than any other sales representative I encountered during the buying process, and I felt comfortable interacting with the Greeley Subaru staff. The price we settled on was extremely competitive. My first review was written a day after I had brought my Jeep home, a couple weeks following were a complete joke. The vehicle I had traded in had still not been paid off, therefore I followed up with them to see what was going on. Travis (former finance manager) had assured me that it was all taken care of, and there were some issues that he was handling with my new financial institution and that there needed to be new paperwork signed because they rejected the last one. Travis told me he would send someone out to me on Monday, of the following week. I never heard from Travis, or Shawn, or anyone so I followed up again on Tuesday. I was then informed Travis had left the company, and no one had any idea where or HOW he got the Jeep financed under the numbers that he gave me.. Safe to say after two weeks of playing phone tag, and arguing back and fourth, they were unable to give me the car I traded in back, because they "had already paid it off" and I was forced to pay an extra $60 a month for my Jeep. I am now under more stress trying to pay a HEFTY car payment monthly. They sent me off with "free" weathertech mats that I had originally ordered with the first finance go around, which were also $30 more expensive then I could've bought online. I would have never bought my Jeep if I knew that I would be stuck with a payment higher than what I could afford. My original review is posted below, and I am sad that I had such a great experience for it then to be completely ruined. I still love my Jeep, but would have rather went somewhere else and made a car payment I was more comfortable with. My credit score has also been destroyed because of the MANY MANY times they ran my credit to try and find alternative options so they didn't have to lower the price of the Jeep. I sent gushing reviews, recommended a friend to check out their Subaru's, and even received a box of cookies from them... All to be made out a fool and be unhappy with my new purchase.

If there were 6 stars, I would use 6! Shawn was AMAZING! He worked with me all week long to make my new car happen for me! Made sure all the paperwork was ready to be signed before I got there which made the dealership experience well worth it! Shawn even stayed past his shift to accommodate my work schedule! Due to an addition to my family, I had to sell my 2013 Subaru Wrx STI. I had posted it on the internet and had a bunch of people offer me way less than I wanted for the car. If there was a way to rate more in stars I would! I have to say from the moment I walked in go Travis was very patient, nice and most important to me, not pushy at all. Not only did he help me find my 2012 Toyota Rav4, he was very understanding and helpful when it came to financing my vehicle after a couple of step backs through my bank loan.
