I was hoping for a better experience when purchasing the 2020 Ascent from Greeley Subaru. The car was ordered and took approximately 8 weeks for it to arrive, during that 8 weeks we had zero communication from Greeley Subaru. we did receive 3 emails from Subaru Corp. But disappointed that there was zero communication at the local level. Then two days after the car arrived I had to call and ask if the car was there yet, my salesman said he did not know. So at that point he looked in computer and found out it arrived 2 days prior. We asked the salesman about the car and the deliver to the customer process, was told the car would be ready to go in an hour, this was a Wednesday. So we went to the dealership on Thursday morning and we find out that our salesman was off in Thursdays. So another salesman calls our salesman, and he comes in and takes care of all the he stuff he should have done Wednesday afternoon when he told us that he car would be ready to go in one hour. Needlessly to say, but this was pretty frustrating, concidering we were spending $40,000. The purchase was completed on Friday and after we left the dealership we found some things had not been taken care of, so once again frustration. That means we will have to schedule a follow-up visit to get paperwork and an installation completed. So in summary the communication for us was below expectation, and the delivery process of the car to us way below expiration.

I am still a customer if Greeley Subaru and I will still use them for service and future car purchases, but I hope the next time things go much better.
