Hadn't been here for a while, now wish I hadn't come here now. Had the fish and "chunky" chips, the chips were thin and overcooked, when you bit into them they were just empty shells. Still hungry but won't be back here.

friendly, clean property, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Not far from the chaos of the center but within walking distance in a short time. Excellent starting point to discover the beauties of Kent.

I can recommend this hotel. I found a friendly reception, a good bed, and it was quite at night. Good breakfast.
Interior looks somewhat dated, but that is UK-style, I like that....

We stayed for one night as it was the closest hotel to our friends house who were having a house warming. Plenty of parking, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was adequate and comfortable although slightly dated. Would recommend staying and personally would have no problem staying again

Very dated hotel the beds are so uncomfortable 1 member of staff was rude on reception as I only wanted some more milk for my room the key kept breaking on the plus side the car park is big enough needs massive improvement maybe some more professional staff too...

Mezopoly.New proper Greek restaurant in Palmersgreen. Actually better than the best! Honestly. Try it. I did with a Canadian visitor who was so impressed that he gave a very large tip. Yes I know it used to be the picnic kabab shop and we could do with another one of those. But this...... Wow! The bee's knees!

Perfect

We are disappointed with our night.
The bathroom is tiny and the shower is not modern, impossible to rinse properly (no shower head or water pressure which is very unpleasant). In addition I slept badly because I heard the roommates discuss and especially move in the hallway ...
The price is too expensive and not justified.

Went yesterday for a regimental lunch, food was excellent getting that many hot meals out.
Staff very attentive apart from one lady with red hair.
We went to the bar and this lady was stacking glasses, after about 5 minutes she acknowledged we were there and we asked if we could order drinks, she continued to put the glass washer on then left the bar.

This was my third time at the Grange Moor Hotel the people are very friendly and the food is amazing. Also the service is to the max. Only 10 minutes walk to the nice old town of Maidstone were you can find anything for all ages. Definitely worth a visit. I recommend this hotel for everybody.

Excellent venue, very friendly staff who had an excellent attitude. We arrived after lunch had finished but we were still served. Rooms were clean but very dated and unusual alleys to get to them. Having said this would stay again. Thanks.

We were in the annex building a few houses down, not a problem. However the room was badly dated. It was physically clean but just looked awful. Bathroom was no better with some rust on the fixtures. The bed was not to my personal comfort. It was hard and my legs hung over the end when lying straight. If you 6ft or over, you will experience the same. Our breakfast was no better. We both had the full Englush. My wife's egg was poorly cooked, sent it back and the same egg recooked and dumped on the plate. I sent mine back as it just tasted horrible, fresh plate came out, no better. Will be staying elsewhere next time I'm in town.

Restaurant only review (Haven't stayed there)
The staff were very friendly and attentive, great service, and we liked the atmosphere, quite romantic with candles, stained glass windows and a cozy feel. The menu was ok, the food was ok, the prices were ok, nothing to complain about but a bit underwhelming. I must be getting spoiled
