One of the best family hotels in Bali hands down! Make sure you get the family rooms at the family paradise which is their new building. Huge playroom and game room area, a mini water park, pool and a calm beach. They have a coin laundry with ironing + public microwaves you can use. A minimarket and a Starbucks right beside it.

This place is amazing, I visited this place for Romantic candle light dinner. They provide authentic Indian food. And there decoration is also good. Candle light dinner arrangements were made on the beach. Food was tasty and beach view was excellent. They provide drinks, starters, Main course and desert.

This resort is too good with a beautiful sea view and they also provide good amenities with great hospitality.

Spa is top class as well but you have plenty of options outside the resort for spa and also restaurants as well.

They take a security deposit of 200 USD at the time of check in just in case of any damages.

Only poor thing is water provided is limited per day as in 300ml *2 pcs more than that is charged.

The receptionist named WIRA is very rude. Yes as visitors regret star hotels have uneducated and disrespectful employees. Please be an evaluation of the management of this person. So as not to make a good hotel a bad name. There are still many people who want to work and have good manners.

A good 5 star hotel in Tanjung Benoa, with its Thalaso massage.

Great staff, very clean rooms, good service, good food!

- very good buildings - fantastic breakfast - Beach area well equipped with enough chairs and ambrellas - swimming on the beach only for few hours on the morning as the depth of the water become very less - no privacy on the swimming pool as it is equpied by tables for restaurant all the day - the room service daily forget to put some items specially the toales and you have to call them to supply - in general it is ok but 4 star only .

This was a great resort from a visual and comfort perspective. Very authentic Bali in its decor!
I had the all inclusive, suite on ther 4th floor which was stunning. Ther decor and comfort of the room really made me feel at home.
The few issues that I have was the following:-
Some of the fabric furniture in the room need to be cleaned. One could see that it was dirty.
Omelette station for breakfast. Being a hindu I don't eat ham which was being served at all of the stations. The hotel should have realised this especially when a lot of their guests are Indian.
All inclusive, except for items off certain restaurant main menus. I was not allowed to choose off the menu but was classified as and paid for all inclusive, not impressed with this.

Amazing experience apart from a delay in my deposit I would stay here again

We had our romantic private dinner but wasn't worth the food and everything is ok

The hotel is overall great. The front yard is beautiful and the room is spacious. Their breakfast buffet is good, but lacking in the meat sector. However, the big waterfall in the lobby looks outdated and the beach is not a good scenery during low tide. The parking lot is not big enough.

Can be pricey but awesome resort had a great time as an all inclusive guest. Didn't have to worry about the cost as it was all paid for before we left so was awesome

Excellent resort right on the beach and infact it is the last resort on that road after that water sports at sea starts. It has a lot of restaurants along the road with live music and good food. Inside hotels there are many restaurants all serving good authentic food. Breakfast was excellent. Spend lot of time in swimming pool and games room. And they also have huts in the beach where you sit and see the expanse of the sea, which is very show, rocky and you can walk. The reception was grand and rooms were big and very cosy.

Awesome breakfast. Rich and delicious. Resort nice, well pools. Worse bathing in the sea due to grass and shallow water. Rooms clean, pleasantly furnished.Rusil us evening program, the windows were not tight enough. There was no sleep until the program ended. There were also enough mosquitoes.

An amazing hotel where you can relax or participate in activities or take advantage of their amenities such as kayaking, wind surfing etc. 8 Restaurants and entertainment at night. Great food, highly recommend the Australian Steak and ribs. Pool and beach service. Recommend going all inclusive.

The menu variations eat breakfast are exciting, so many, from various countries ... from India, Japan, Bali, salads are sure, breakfast is accompanied by a natural atmosphere from the sound of the waterfall ...

I and my Wife went to this place for our honeymoon. We had a grand time. The staff were very respectful and helped us out any way they could. The view of the balcony was memorizing. I and my wife would sit there and watched ocean for an hour every day.
I love this place and definitely will be back here.

one of the first hotels in the Tanjung Benoa area that carries the concept of "very bali", some parts seem to need to be rejuvenated, plus this hotel has all inclusive

Very excellent service. Right on the beach with lots of fun activities for the whole family. Rooms were clean all the services were on point.

Beautiful hotel and staff are very willing and flexible. They went out of their way to make my daughters birthday special.

So much fun for family. Facilities, f&b and staffs everything is great!! Worth of price you spending to stat here.

Currently staying in this hotel and have been for the last 3 days. This is an honest review that most people dont tell you.

First of all, the hotel is split into two and even though its within walking distance, you either have to walk down the main street or the rear of the beach to reach the other side. 3-5 minute walk

The first part of the hotel (main lobby)
You are greeted with a nice waterfall and somewhat ok service. The rooms we booked were garden view and we had an interconnecting room which was convient for the kids and mother in law. Unfortunately the hotel is over 25 years old. Some of the problems were;
-the toilet doesnt flush properly and looks dirty/aged
-the aircon is not strong or did not work properly
-the floors and overall condition of the room needed a
lot of attention
-the view was a roof of another room

The other part of the hotel called "Thalasso" had a more modern feel and looked a lot cleaner/newer. But the distance to main breakfast/foyer was a treck if you were to stay here with a child, specially if its raining.

Breakfast:
A LOT of flies. And it seems like this is an accepted standard by staff. They literally directed us to a table full of flies (minimum of 20) around the plates and tables when we got there for breakfast.
The food selection is great but the flavour and presentation is below average.

Location:
This is not a place you would want to stay if you wish to visit the centre of bali. Each taxi ride is around $13-$15 AUD one way. The lady at the front are more than happy to assist you with getting a taxi which is nice.

Facilities:
This is the most disappointing part.
We chose this place becuase we have young children that would love to use to kids area and kids mini water park. The first problem was it was located at the "thalasso" area so everytime we wanted to go it would mean walking the kids across. Second part is the mini waterpark had a starbucks next to it, which is available to the public and they could see right through the park where all the kids and parents are. I didnt feel confortable that a private pool for kids had an open view to the public.
And no you couldnt access starbucks from the pool, its not part of the hotel, so having a glas view served no purpose at all.

We also had 60 minute beach massage which was organised by our travel agent. When i checked in, i specifictly asked reception how to claim these vouchers. His reply was "just walk down by the beach and ask the staff, no need to book"
We finally got to the beach today to use these vouchers and i was told only the "thalasso" beach had these massage facilities. So again, we had to walk across. Once we got there, i asked the staff where could claim our massage, and we were told to talk back to the main building and book from there. At this point it seems clear that even the staff didnt know how their hotel operated. After waiting 15 minutes for this to be sorted out, a lady finally approached us and said we had to speak to someone over the phone to book the massage.

Our stay has no ended yet but i thought people should see this review before making a decision to book this place. Ive been the bali over 10 times and this has to be hands down to worst place weve stayed in so far.

**update**
Apprently our beach massage coupons cannot be used at the beach due to renovation. The lack of training the front reception must get to not know this basic information when they handed us the voucher. Also you HAVE to book. Again, very poor from the staff and hotel

Good hotel facilities, good place to relax on vacation

Had a dinner here on the beach. Awesome hotel with awesome Indian food.

Very nice place with good food and lovely people around.

Super but 5 stars is a bit too much for my taste either at the bar or buffet you are pushed to the exit damage. .

We stayed for 4 nights and definitely not enough for enjoying and experiencing the beauty of this place. Hotel was just AWESOME. I couldn't find even a small reason to complain. Every detail and every requirement is taken care of and the staff are amazing and always happy to help. About the beauty of this place, this hotel is located on beautiful beach and has a beach side restaurant. Just sitting by the beach at 10 in the night and enjoying the breeze is something you have to experience and can't be written. It was difficult to capture the beauty of this hotel and place in the pictures. Expect better than what you see in pictures here.

Poor service from front desk. Manager was not of any help in resolving booking issue either. This gives a poor start to your holiday.

It is not clean.
When I take a shower, water collects on the floor and I feel sick.
Almost every day, the staff forgot to change the towels, so I brought them by phone each time. Even though the chip is properly placed.
Even though bedmaking was over, there was an accident that the staff used to enter the room without permission.

So many guests! This is not a place for good chill out with calm mind. But good for families and kids with fun stuffs. There are some a few good restaurant in front of the hotel.
The facilities are little old. No detachable shower head. Only one shopping mall in the town.

Convenient strategic location and beautiful beaches

Stayed 2 weeks in September 18. Garden view room, very comfortable, hotel has all you need, breakfast was good, the grill restaurant was good, location great, plenty of mini marts, massage shops, restaurants etc. Cost per room appropriately $130.00 au per night. Gong back to this hotel march 2019.

Good hotel, quiet atmosphere, the main point is that it is conveniently located on Benoa Bali

Excellent hotel! We were in the part / complex dedicated to families with children: buffets, children's menus, swimming pools, slides, games room, console room, washing machines, activities organized daily .. and nanys (by the hour) !
The rooms are new and very well thought out, the staff are lovely and life is good. I highly recommend it for a few days (2 or 3)

Great place. The staff are super friendly and everything was great. My one criticism would be that if you asked for something just a little special or off the menu they tended not to do it.

Loved the hotel!! They have everything required for a great holiday, pool, club, children's play area, candle light dinner, live performances at dinner and what not!! The list can go on......

Staying here is very pleasant, consisting of 2 separate hotel buildings by the temple, the staff is friendly, I am vacationing with my family and given an extra free extra bed, the breakfast is also pretty good, it's just that the beach is less beautiful and smells fishy, but all of that is covered with existing facilities. my children are happy to be happy too .. We had on the breakfast included and we stayed for 2 weeks. We got a really good deal and always were eating out in the different restaurants in Kuta and Nusa Dua. I can only recommend this hotel as it was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts was very good and I always turned up at 10.25 and they were still happy to make me eggs even though they close at 10.30 for the breakfast.... staff and management always went the extra mile and were always smiling, which you don t see very often in the U.K....
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would come again !

Awesome place to stay. We have been there twice and will go back again. The staff is friendly, the while place is clean and well looked after. The resort isn't in the party area of Bali. It's great for families or people just wanting to relax. Our 4yo loved the kids club.
The location is pretty great because you aren't in the heart of it all where it's loud and dirty, but you aren't tucked away where there is nothing to do either. There are great little restaurants, bars and shops just across the street and a Starbucks just a short walk away.

The indian style food that was served was justvlike the name of the hotel- a grand mirage. The fact that an indian chef is serving such abysmal food is simply mindblowing. Please do not go here with any expectations whatsoever for indian food.

There is no information about the repair, it s awful, they didn t want to return the money, they didn t come here

The service is fabulous. The staff are very lovely and polite and will do anything for you with a smile .
Get an all inclusive package if available, it certainly is well worth it. The package includes all food, all drinks (alcoholic as well) all mini bar drinks , room service food, water sport vouchers, all theme nights, devdan show vouchers.
The beds and pillows are very comfy with plump pillows! The daily room clean is excellent and twice daily they will give you clean bath towels. Pool towels are lovely and big and plentiful.
The facilities are fabulous with many pools and a well catered for kids area..if you have small (0-12) children get a room in the kids club wing of the resort because you are close to everything kid friendly...including their kids water park! Honestly you don't really need to leave the resort! Massage across the street in the shops will cost $6 $7 per hour for full body ...they are great and we'll worth a try. On the beach the massage ladies will do the same for same price.
The resort also offers free 1 hour yoga classes daily, free water aerobics, free beach soccer and volleyball,( kayaking and catarmaraning and windsurfing lessons are also provided for all inclusive packages!) BEST HOLIDAY EVER!!!! Biggest decision each day is which restaurant to eat in!!!

If you talk about ambience, its great ! You will get indian fixed buffet. Taste is considerate but the quantity will suffice or not depends on ur appetite because the number of servings is fixed. There will be live performance with your dinner arrangement.
They call it beach side dinner which eventually is but doesn't actually gives you that feel. I have realised all this beach side arrangement was for all the Indian couples who supposedly honeymooning.

The hotel setting is impeccable, fine and clean. Staff very helpful and fluent in English at least helpful, respa excellent. The pool area is nice and although the basic feel is the same in this hotel in terms of conquering sun loungers, there are always free places. However, the pool towels sometimes ran out when hotel guests hoarded more than one per person. The best buffet restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast also included espresso-based coffees and a very extensive breakfast buffet. There was also a performer at the buffet for dinner. If the weather was favorable the buffet was covered in the lawn area, when the rain threatened the breakfast restaurant. The other 4 restaurants are a bit crazy, although the food is quite edible, but there is something strange in each. All inclusive worked perfectly with power, no queues or slow service, on the contrary. The hotel has its own sandy beach but unfortunately the sea is rubbish and swimmers were hardly visible on the beach. After Christmas, the hotel Lahdelma was full of water sports polishers, which irritated me. From morning to afternoon, the buzz was like a busy motorway. All in all a very welcome visit.

We found a hotel in full swing for a new pool with no sea view noise for another month my tone said? On the other hand the very very nice staff concierges at the top the average catering we ate Italian really average

This was such a nice relaxing place. All inclusive was a great value.
