love this place the staff are amazing and we go back every year

Perfect ambience, great staff and cool location. They have great outdoor pools and that too 3 in number! They have their own gaming room and an entire part of the resort that is dedicated for games and play station. I would give it a 5star and can recommend it for stay when in Bali.

The hotel is comfortable with that beautiful beach view

Overall it's a decent resort. Upon arrival the first impression is excellent, until you enter the room (at least the one we received). The room smelled musty and the bathroom is extremely dated (think old motel). We had to listen to extremely loud music every night because the hotel is right next to a bar, my wife and daughter had a hard time falling asleep because of it. The food was hit or miss, mostly miss, with the exception of breakfast which is good. There is alot of false advertising on their website, I found out on the second to last day that non motorized Watersports aren't included (even though we stayed here several nights) if you book outside of their website, even though the prices were the same and it doesn't say that on their site. That was very disappointing for my daughter and I. Tried to order a pizza with half Hawaiian and half cheese, was told that was difficult to do. We asked for washcloths on the first day and was told they do not have those, received some two days later and then never again after, the housekeeping needs to become consistent. The pools are nice, the kids waterpark is decent but they do not let adults use the slides with their kids. You have to sign out pool towels (never seen this before) and they do not provide any or many items (pool toys) for the kids to play with or adults to use. The staff was very friendly which was the only saving grace for our vacation. My opinion is they tend more to their all inclusive paying guests so unless you're going to pay those extremely high prices I recommend another hotel. For a comparison, I spent 230,000 IDR for dinner at a restaurant right across the street, that was with 2 main meals, a soup for my child, a beer, water, appetizer and dessert. This is our last night, will update if anything changes.

Its a great hotel and resort. Best place we stayed in bali. Buffet breakfast with lots of options. Lots of activities inside the resort. Cozy beds. Good air conditioning. Amazing views. Huge pools. A bit out of the way and not a lot of great choices for nearby dining but the place is great. Recreation room was fun and very spacious. Employees were gracious and welcoming.

Amazing experience, one can relax just by their private beach, or chill in the pool, or enjoy water rides, or indulge in a luxurious spa experience. Numerous other activities too continue throughout the day.

The best of best as we had a beautiful candle lit dinner table beautifully set up for us at the private beach. The hospitality was very professional. Couldn't believe we had all that as it all seemed very luxurious. Also Mr Perdi was at his best service. I would definitely come back again, probably for a stay as well. I highly recommend this place to the future visitors in bali. Cheers!!!

Okay place to enjoy the vacations but we have more good options.

Only the start of the holiday and we already know we will never stay here again. They don't clean the rooms daily even though we asked specifically to clean the room before 1 pm as we have babies and this is when they sleep. They turned up 1:30pm today and we had to tell them to go away because babies were sleeping. Called them at 5pm to see what happened they turned up at 7pm to clean so we said babies have to sleep again just restock our toiletries, and we had to specify that we have paid for 4 people so leave us stuff for people because they have been leaving stuff for 2 - 3 people. They have not once restocked the tea and the coffee in the rooms we have been out for 3 days now. The towel at the pool are stained and smell old and unclean. The food is bellow average and overpriced. The breakfast is horrible with lots of options but nothing good to eat, no sliced cheese at all, and only one type of cold meat enough to feed 1 person, and never once have they put more cold meat once runs out in the last 4 days. It's 8pm now and every night their has been super loud live shows until 10pm, while the kids try to go to sleep. Why advertise the hotel as a family friendly hotel with facilities for kids and not allow the kids to fall asleep at a human hour. Horrible place for kids and families, I will put a video with audio so everyone can hear what it sounds like in room right now. This is not a 5 start resort, at best 3 stars. The photo's are very deceiving, they make it look like their a water park in the resort it's not really just a few slides for the kids, and adults are not allowed to go with kids, thus pretty useless if you have toddler. Some of the stuff have been very nice but that is not enough at this level and price, in particularly for very generous tippers.

It is said that the main building is old, but it is better maintained than expected, and the facilities are also available at the new building, so families could have fun. It was all-inclusive, but I had to pay for foreign alcohol and expensive dishes, and it was a little inconvenient to sign a room number every time I ate. Koreans usually talk about hygiene because there is something like neatism, which is great in tropical areas like Bali. There weren't many Koreans, so I enjoyed the feeling of vacation abroad. Even though I had room service every night and air-conditioned bread and garden view, it was better to see the sea a little. The staff are friendly and the performances are worth watching every night. The beach is a bit unfortunate (not very good for snorkeling), but it was a fun ride by kayaking and windsurfing. If you are going to Bali, come here.

Spectacular! Breakfast is very varied, with the pool next door, the beach just outside the hotel, the treatment very good! The clean, functional room, the huge bed, the bathroom with shower and tub, and they waited for us with a welcome surprise!

Great relaxing resort. Spa was nice. Exercise room was very good. Beach was nice and the food choices were very good. Room service was really fast and tasty. Happy hour was good specials. We really enjoyed our week there. The breakfast buffet has several different cuisine's. Tasty.

Nice resort for family in nusa dua area. Swimming pool, private beach, you name it. Normal hotel room with reasonable price. 12 minutes drive to babi guling pak Dobil. Alot of minimarket and restaurant nearby. Breakfast is boring. Friendly and professional staffs. They have spa separately called Thalasso just next of the resort (come out from lobby, turn left) which is very-very good. Family paradise for kids is also walking distance via beach or road.

A sublime hotel is beautiful all inclusive very clean ideal for families

Near the sea to relax from jet lag. Nice garden and swimming pool but a reserved for adults under construction with noise of power tools and hammer this may be a little embarrassing month. Good breakfast without finding the scrambled eggs to accompany the grilled bacon, only omelettes on demand by re-crossing all the room.
Very spacious room with a pleasant smell of dampness on arrival which thankfully is blurred with some used woodwork with some splinters and a colonial decoration a little old.
The black dots are the King size mattress (special request to be sure to really have) poorly respected because installed in a separate frame in two. So uncomfortable in the middle, to say that we could sleep only on one side of 90 cm, so: "false King size" and exorbitant rates of room service and restaurants in the hotel and surroundings.

My room get upgrated to family room in new place next to the old one. But!!!! This New place just look like 3 star hotel, I feels like order AirB&B Room, and the breakfast isnt good.

One of the best resorts in Bali. It has an attached beach and the service is excellent. Staff is courteous and it's not too heavy on the pocket either.

A cool hotel for vacationing with family, only unfortunately the service difference between foreign guests and domestic guests is felt

Well this resort is one which gives you facilities like 5 star hotel/resort. They have their private beach with plenty of restaurants. You can find all the cuisines inside resort itself. Their Deluxe Ocean View room is the best and you can always request for the high floor (though 4th is the highest) but view from there is superb. They also serve free breakfast and I must say it s delicious with plenty of varieties, here is the benefit for Indians coz there is one Indian restaurant inside resort. If you are staying for more than 3 nights, you should opt for their package, they are worth every penny coz many things are included in that like non-motorized water sports, massage, candle light dinner, etc etc.. They have lot of activities going everyday so you won t get bored or get the feeling of going out. Now when we come to it s location, I call it perfectly located. Everything is available on footsteps. Ok but last thing don t expect anything extra from this Resort staff coz they actually don t do anything even if you are staying for 7 days or more. No discounts, no extra benefits.
So, yes it s a reasonable place to stay, just don t have any expectation to be treated like other 5 star like Hyatt and all.

A great hotel! Is definitely something I will return to, but it is a family hotel! Great focus on children and that they have what they need. Would therefore not recommend it for couples who do not like babysitting!
The breakfast is wonderful! There are over 7 serviced stations where pancakes, spaghetti, ice cream, omelette etc are made .. Absolutely beautiful!
For people who want experiences in Bali, it is a long way away and it costs a lot to get to different places.
This is a hotel for relaxation and play.
Ps: there is always a lot of live music and sound from 18 -22 in the evening!

Hotel has too many rooms. Beach chairs at the pool are early at 8 all occupied. Will be available at 4pm. Pool is too small for the amount of people. Breakfast is like a bazaar between 0730 and 0930. Everything was very hectic, but the food was adequate and extensive. The rooms are ok. You can forget the beach. Dirty and by the permanent water sports you have no desire to go into the water anyway. We needed the reception several times because our suitcase did not arrive with the flight. Unfortunately we had to take care of ourselves since they did nothing. Here, a good service would have proved provable. All in all, max 2-3 days recommended in this area.

In Room Dining Options are pathetic, post 11. PM hardly anything to eat and No Restaurants are open. Basics like Sandwich also is not available. Real bad experience.

Moreover Construction going on in Resort which was not informed at the time of booking.

Hotel has huge premises, opens up on the beach, small shacks around, kiddy pool area, enough to do around without needing to step out of the hotel. New wing of rooms is nice.

Second time staying at the hotel in last 6 months, quality has slipped a little but I think that is due to the renovation s/new pool complex being added (which looks like it will be amazing and will return to check out!)

Amazing family resort. Everything you need under one roof. The breakfast buffet caters for every taste. There is traditional Japanese, Indian and balinese breakfast as well as western cuisine. The pools are amazing and right next door is the family paradise where there is an amazing kids club and mini Waterpark to keep the kids entertained. Amazing restaurants along the road outside of the resort if you feel like exploring the streets. Water sports easily available and day tour trips are easily accessible.. Remember to bargain that price!

Great aircon, clean rooms and facilities, good buffet options and several restaurants to choose from. The place does need a bit of a refurbishment as some of it is quite dated. But overall great experience. Prices for food and drink are fair and service is top class.

Where I spent my last 3 nights in Bali. It's a grand place as the name suggests, after staying at a 3-star or 4-star hotel and coming to a 5-star hotel. It seems that there are all three swimming pools that are good for children to play (only two places I have been to), and the view is good because the sea can be seen directly from the pool or the lobby restaurant. There is a playground (games, dance, billiards, table tennis, boxing arena) for children and adults, and staff are on hand to help them enjoy themselves. For example, I was playing a PlayStation game, but I didn't know how to go to the next step, so I asked the staff and they explained very kindly. There is a security guard on the back door of the hotel and the entrance door adjacent to the beach from dawn, and there is a small restaurant near the pool so you can order food from the staff if you are hungry. There is a Starbucks and a large mart right next to the back door (?), and a large mart across the street (there are also water games). The hotel interior is also very clean. As for the downside, breakfast is a buffet, but the menu does not change much for 3 days, and the accommodation is clean, but it's a new building, so the smell of a new house remains a little. On the 3rd, I got used to it, but on the first day, the smell was bad, so I moved to another room, but the room I moved also smelled the same. This seems to be a problem that will naturally be solved over time. The staff are all smiling and friendly, but obviously I don't want cleaning and the room is cleaned after breakfast, even though they have indicated that they do not want to press the bell.
In conclusion, it's a good place to stay for about 3 days except for the smell of the room (due to the breakfast menu). Please note that swimming in the sea is not recommended.

We stayed in grand resort for three nights. We had an amazing time here. It is one of the best resort we ever been to. Friendly staff, we were welcomed by Sukaya, he is amazing guy, and special thanks to (Roberto head chef), cooked food according to our need ( vegan food).

Highly recommended. If I ever come back to Bali, this will be the place where I will be staying

Fantastic and most helpful staff. Airways welcoming and going that extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Great facilities in the resort. The place is a little old and could do with some maintainance, however still quite nice. There is a beach attached which is ver6 clean and neat, wonderful place for relaxing. A very family friendly resort with a kids pool and games room. The food pricing is fair / good and entertainment during dinner is quite nice. Typical Nusa dua, where you have to go outside for all the action. Your about 30 min away from kuta. Great stay, highly recommended.
