Great resort for families. Staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. The all-inclusive option was fantastic. There were so many restaurant options that we didn't get to all of them. We were so impressed that we are returning in 6 months.

Absolute paradise. Celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was nothing less than perfection . Will definitely come again.

Staff was great. We stayed in 4 nights with 2 kids. Room 4029 & 4030 ( I think) had the best view.
My 2 year child needed specially made food. The Indian chef Vinod made the special food us without hesitation. The manager was very helpful when I said my son need special food. She organized a meeting with the chef for me. It made our trip because we struggle to feed my son unless he had his type of food. Buffet breakfast and the room can be bit better but the view and location is amazing. Most importantly service from the Indian chef and the manager saved us. Thank you guys , we stayed 4 more nights in grand Hyatt and paid double amount but we liked grand mirage better. Will definitely go there again.

We had spa use service ticket present after 3 consecutive nights

The main hotel still under construction, but the 2nd hotel was nice too..i love the facility for kids, the food was good, clean room, friendly staff, i got upgraded room (in pandemic), the pool was great, the private beach behind the hotel clean enough just for view..

Right on the beach. Lots of activities including yoga and water aerobics with a very enthusiastic instructor.

It s a nice place, very clean and quiet. The hotel seems a little old but very nice. The beach is great!

Yep... Just what we wanted. Family resort with good facilities away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Plenty of kids activities included. Menus are good for a resort....price and variety ok for 7 days or so but what resort is any different. Staff were first class with nothing too much trouble. Would reccomend anyone with a family to consider the Grand Mirage Resort.

Great pool, you can dive from the sides, tumble. Very expensive menu. The rooms are nothing, in one truth smelled of mold. The staff is friendly

Family stays are highly recommended, a varied breakfast, a large swimming pool and a beautiful beach. This hotel is one of the best in Nusa Dua Bali.

Family Paradise tied at the Kids Suite seureowoteoyo very satisfied with the family resort. The children's favorite bunk beds and children's bathrooms were impressive and the kids' clubs, swimming pool, slides and beaches were nice. The renewed main pool was great. However, the main building was very old and regrettable.

A quiet and comfortable place in the Nusa Dua area.

Best in Bali which have best facilities and large swimming pool with all facilities of games and the one thing which I specially liked here is bumbu restaurant which is an Indian restaurant as i am an Indian and second best thing in this resort is 3 bedroom apartment which is huge and have all things like washing machine, microwave etc.

Located on the East coast. Not much to do but chill. Most activities are done in Seminyak and Ubud which is a mission by taxi if you going to do a day trip. Ideal for hotel stay and chill. Although they say mostly adults there are a lot if kids poolside. So chose well if you consider a garden/pool view, large adult groups can get noisy too at night after the bintang has been sucked dry from the bar. Great for friends holiday together, if you looking for romantic I suggest you go more boutique style hotel.

Nice place right on the beach. The breakfast includes a dedicated indian and Chinese menu along with all the other options. Rooms were good, mostly pool facing. Evening buffet along the beach is to look forward to.

I have never seen a better resort than Grand Mirage. Picturesque view, sumptuous food and amazing hospitality have made my stay one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

Stayed here for 5 days during 2015 Christmas. Room is OK but old. Breakfast they provide has lots of choices, most are Western, a few of Chinese and Indonesian. Lots of flies during breakfast which is very annoying.

Overall, no complain but won't go back.

Great resort if you have kids, water slides, activities, lots of pools and a good breakfast selection.

2nd time in this year staying here. Perfect place to enjoy your bonding time with family. Everythings superb including beach. Full of watersport activities and nearby to mart and starbucks. Halal food serve here too... I loves Grand Mirage Resort.

Staff are very nice, could not do enough to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

I was looking for a family of four and a reasonable hotel. The result was correct, the building was old, but overall it was good.

Away from the crowd. Very satisfying facilities. Breakfast is also delicious. But the view of the beach is less beautiful.

Great room view in our suite, however.... aircond was weak and barely got below 25 degrees, the internet only made the distance to the toilet in our room, the door to the balcony did not close letting in mosquitoes all night(needed to sleep with insect repelant all night) very romantic, the power adapter was said to be avialable to all roo s apon request although one room had booked it out, the food was way overpriced and cold and neved came out together, the hotel transfer to the airport could not help in taking us to our second hotel ( in kuta).
This place was the worst place i have stayed at in bali.

Very nice hotel. Food here is extremely good for an all inclusive. Shame about the building work but I guess that's to improve it! Beach isn't the nicest but the rest of the hotel makes up for it. Will certainly come back again.

This resort is an amazing place to stay. Have been to Bali and don't want to go anywhere else to look around as I believe it would be hard to get better service. The new resort arm for families is great combined sir the old resort is a great mix...ciukd not recommend this place and it's surroundings highly enough...Must go to place

The service is satisfying & friendly to guests who stay overnight, the hotel is beautiful

The Grand Mirage is in a great spot in Nusa Dua, with ample beach access. Whilst the buidings are a little older, the price is very good compared to similar high end hotels in the same area. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a deluxe ocean view suite, and were extremely happy with our room and the fantastic view of the Bali Sea. The adults-only swimming pool was great for my wife and I, where we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, whilst families with children had separate pools that catered for more noisy activities. Value for money in Nusa Dua!

It was room of maisonette type, but usability was not good enough.
