5 star hotels cost above 1 million. Small swimming pool. Room G has a bathtub. Good fitness room, only a few tools. Unfortunately the sauna only opens at 11 noon. The breakfast variety is quite a lot. But I think it's a little bland. There are some salty items. The chef doesn't smile. It makes me cringe if I want to ask for food. The restaurant is spacious and nice. Other staff are friendly and like to greet and alert.

Oh yes, the office location is quiet. So it's not suitable for those who like to walk and look for food. The room is overall comfortable. It's just that tea and coffee are provided very little in the room.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are quite spacious and strategically located (near PRJ and Ancol)

having my sister's sweet 17 celebration here, the interior, service and variety of food are nice, but the taste just ok.

A very pleasant place with menus from various countries ... The amenities of TOP rooms and near from Soetta airport ...

Spacious, clean and well designed. The room rates are a bargain if you compare to other hotels in terms of facility. Only thing is that there is nothing much nearby except corporate/commercial buildings so you might need a cab to move around Jakarta.

Wow! That's all I wanna say about this property. One among the best 5 star hotel in Indonesia. Lovely restaurants can accommodate more than 300 guest at a time. Rooms so beautiful. Great food and and you experience world's best food from continental to Japanese. Don't miss a chance to have a dine out. Lovely place for family and Corporate companies to have events and business meetings conferences.

I was here for a bussinestrip. It was a cozy and clean hotel. I got a room which have the city view. It was soooo beauty at night. The breakfast was also delicious and had various menu. Unfortunately, the wi-fi wasn't good enough. It sometimes stopped suddenly.

Parking is difficult there are a handful of people who like to ask for parking money.

Grand Mercure is often the venue for wedding receptions. The place is quite comfortable and the parking space is quite adequate.
The lifts are plentiful and fast, so there isn't too long of a wait.

Checking out, and your staff Adnan, told me to wait,while he is coordinating with HK team, to check the room,

So he thinks, I might stole something from the room ?? Wow, that's the weirdest thing to do to pleased a loyal member

And I super believe, this is not your fix standard, as i saw many peoples during noon, checking out, they're just leave the key and go
Waiting 5 minutes, nothing happened, he doesn't call me or approach me, so I go back to him again, and then he said it again, will do the cross check again with HK, ???

Less than a minute, he says ok, I can leave

Wow , I met wrong person to end up my holiday

The room is comfortable, although the bathroom uses a glass wall a spacious restaurant and good food. Never miss items in the restaurant, and fortunately secured by the officers ... nice ..

I was staying during covid 19 overall is good.. With standard of hospitals but better room.

Breakfast are various and delicious. Room and bed are big and clean. Bathroom are spacious, clean and comfy too. View from the bedroom are great.
