Cool interior.
The meeting room is comfortable

New hotel , great service and food. Parking area a little bit creepy since it is too dark.

Meeting rooms are quite good with various sizes, equipped with wifi. The car park is spacious, but for motorbike parking is quite far from the hotel. The restaurant is very comfortable with a variety of regional and international dishes.

The hotel is ok. The rooms are quite spacious and we went to the hotel because there was an event. The parking area is quite wide. And breakfast and spa are available in the hotel. There are also approximately 4 lifts in the hotel with public toilets in the lobby and also public places like the 5th and 27th floors. The service is good, the Bell Boy is also very friendly

Little bit confused for me to look the gate for motorcycle

The hotel is luxurious and there are lots of light ornaments that bring another atmosphere from other hotels.

Nice design, but bad parking facilities. I had to walk quite far to reach elevator to lobby. Not much impressed.

The FO officer is not friendly. Try to treat all your customers "important people". Do not quickly install your face if you ask a lot because you are confused. Try to learn more about the moment of truth. My expectations are high because this is a 5 star hotel. If your room is bangeet.

Staying at the Grand Mercure and booked quite a number of rooms because we stayed in a group with a large family of wives during Eid holidays, the location of the hotel is quite strategic in the Kemayoran area, the service is quite good with a very complete facility, for children very happy to swim in the swimming pool of this hotel .
The room we stayed was quite large, clean and comfortable.
For breakfast is also special because there are so many variations of food with good taste.
Overall we are satisfied to stay at this hotel.

The rooms are okay, typical 5 star but the food doesn't quite match the tongue of the local people because the food is Westernized

The hotel is very nice, excellent price for the service we had. Very clean, pool, restaurant and a bar. The location is not the best, but there are blue birds always there.

Large parking area but only 1 door entry. So you have to queue if you reach the lobby. So it is less comfortable

Recently built hotel. strategic location, close to the airport's toll road.

The rooms are spacious, and the food is varied. Every day a different menu changes. It's just that for steak, it can't be chewed. maybe because the meat is not good and how to process it is wrong.

The waiters are all friendly.
