Very nice place to stay specially when you are on business trip

One of the beat hotel in Jakarta. Tq Mrs. Sekar for the wonderful hospitality.

Hotel luxurious and relatively new .. Of course the facilities are also good and prime krna everything is still a stone .. Location is quite strategic .. The view is luxurious and beautiful .. Tp for the swimming pool was not quite fit with the luxury of the hotel that should look the pool is also more beautiful and beautiful

The hotel and its service was great, located in Kemayoran that actually quite far from the center of Jakarta or Business District. But its near the Jakarta International Expo, a place to held and International Events.

So actually this hotel will be useful and good for whoever attend to the event here or hold the event here. But for tourist I think this isn t recommended due to the distance to some of Jakarta live. But there is some place not far from here for tourist like kota Tua (Old City). Overall I love the hotel, safe and cozy.

Grand Mercure does have a luxury that is always memorable. The food is delicious too. Give my regards to the head chef.

Not a recommendation to stay overnight, today was the worst experience of staying at this hotel, starting parking incorrectly input the police number until it could not come out, the front office was not honest, management chaos served the customer, along with other guests grumbling due to lack of service ... hopefully there are no other victims

a good place for stay while you explore the capital city of indonesia..also near of int. airport by highway..also you can go for shopping at mangga dua areas..near of old town of batavia..also you can explore the china town and you also can enjoy so many foods like tradisional foods

A good hotel has a large meeting room with a capacity of up to 1000 people. Smaller meeting rooms are also available. Food in my opinion is normal, not very special. The rooms and facilities are actually very good, there are only a few of my opinions regarding meeting facilities that need to be observed. Space for public use in front of the ballroom feels very crowded if the maximum number of event participants is 1000 or more. Availability of restroom facilities is also limited to meeting the needs of many participants. By location, this hotel is easily accessible from various directions. The hotel is adjacent to the MGK trade center or Mega Glodog Kemayoran.

Room design is simple and comfortable. And the lobby room is very beautiful and attractive. Clean comfortable service too ok

The location of meeting office customers because the location is quite close too, the variety of lunch food is abundant. The meeting room is also very representative. But unfortunately not all floors of the meeting room have a prayer room.

My bedsheet is dirty, and when my friend come to check in the room isn't tidied up because it's friday and they are having jumatan prayer. But the food is good

Overall ok. The room service is not good (the food is not good) but the location is good. There's no extra bed, so if you travel with your family, it's even narrow.
