Suitable for large seminars. Extraordinary capacity

Went here for a wedding reception. Really recommended place to hold a function. The lobby is grandeur and the interior is really nice. The hotel itself is located right at the heart of Jakarta. It is also near pintu tol exit. Good experience

The rooms are comfortable, the food is good, there are herbs for the morning, the employees are friendly.

I stayed at Grand Mercure Kemayoran and chose the executive room. It was the most clean hotel sheet I've ever experienced! I really love it. And the room was very spacious. LOVE LOVE LOVE. The only thing I hated about this hotel was the service.

The location is easily accessible. The rooms are quite spacious and there are quite a lot of lifts available. Lots of meeting rooms that can be adjusted according to your needs.

The overall is quite satisfying ... rather noisy, maybe because at that time it was right again there was a wedding reception event, huh

U to this hotel is difficult n confusing ... but if you think it might be good to be seen from visitors who stay ... I only come here to meet the delivery guy.

The overall experience was good. The hotel is modern, with a really nice interior decor, well renovated facilities that are well maintained, and generally helpful staff. Food served at the in house restaurant, including breakfast service is pretty decent. The only mild issue that I have is regards to flexibility - some facilities, including the use of the pool and gym, are restricted to limited hours (ie. before 9pm). Responsiveness to certain requests are also a tad slow.

A fairly new hotel. Big enough at Kemayoran. The meeting room is quite a lot. I remember the room was good too. Just get an unpleasant experience. Because the Chinese atmosphere was at that time, the hotel manager burned the cellphone in the lobby. Unfortunately I don't like the smell. Makes me sick. As a result, I chose to eat outside the hotel

A super hotel in the wrong place because I thought it was a shame that you could not just walk out of the hotel and you immediately had shops or eateries you had to take a taxi again immediately.
But otherwise a top hotel with clean and modern rooms and good breakfast.

Extraordinary!. Has friendly, skilled and professional staff. The rooms are very nice, the food is amazingly delicious, visitors can eat anything. Having a nice swimming pool, gym and great facilities, it is highly recommended to stay here.

My horror stay at Grand Mercury Kamayoran
I checked in on 31st December with a quarantine package of 7,160,000 and was told very clearly that this was to cover 4 nights and 5 days.
Jan 1st our PCR test was done by Farmalab and promptly the results came on our email on 2nd Jan. (All clear).
On 3rd Jan morning we were subjected to another test as per govt. norms.
This is where my nightmare began.
On 4 th we were supposed to check out I called the operator but no response nobody picked the phone even after repeated calling, I finally got a madam on the line who told me to take it easy as they have received 100 results and would take time to sort out and it my take a day, I mentioned that I was told to check out as of 4 th she said very clearly that I could stay 1 extra day. I called my company and they were kind enough to follow up, Some one answered the phone and said that they were checking the results and as this system was new it will take time... meanwhile most who checked in with me checked out on time.
On the 5th again I kept following up I was repeatedly told my results had not come as yet. Again I told my company to follow up, the operator picked the phone and said they were still checking the reports and it would take time, I waited and waited, exhausted I fell asleep at 10pm, at around 12 midnight the operator calls me saying my results are come and I can check ok at that moment, I was like excuse me it s 12 midnight, I was in deep sleep and you expect me to check out??? I will do so in the morning, he excused himself and said it s ok.
6th morning I called the operator to ask what time should I come down, they said, please wait sir let me check your results. I was like, you must be joking I was told report is with you. He goes on to tell me your report is not come... I said ok when is it expected? He said by noon or latest by evening. I followed up with no concrete reply till 2 pm, at 4 pm when I called they said your results are here and you can leave whenever, I said I will leave right away.
I got to the reception and he said I needed to pay 2.5 million if I wanted the reports , I told him it s not my fault I was kept for 2 days, I have a house in Jakarta I could have left on time if they let me. This person was not helpful at all, he told me to leave without paying but they will retain the results. Which was fine with me, but I found something fishy and asked to speak to the manager, the manager too had no valid answers to my queries. He said firstly the govt. has increased the stay from 4 nights to 5 nights, then he said the amount taken was only for the stay not for PCR test, he was wavering his answers which I found very absurd.
Ultimately he said pay 1,349,995 and we will give the results and you can leave.
The break up was not adding up but I was frustrated till that point so I paid.
Fun part is I asked for receipt of payment and he tells me the print out that comes out of the swipe machine was the proof, I laughed and politely asked him for a payment receipt with the hotel name, to which he obliged.
I told him I will put this episode on social media to which he said ok.

Please future guest a small suggestion confirm and reconfirm when checking into this hotel. Food is pathetic same food was repeated over the days.

Superb. Good interior, good services, friendly n helpful staff, clean, rooms are really great! All excellent! Btw it's also great for wedding party, all food n beverages are really good, and various desserts! Below the only thing I captured lol

Great place for short business visit. But not perfect for long stay as no option for washing and iron. No food around - not in walkable distance

Visiting for lunch, the ttp buffet will only open at 12 ... eat at the cafe with a long waiting time ... but the food and drinks don't disappoint ...

Good ambience especially the restaurant.Rooms are decent and clean.i suggest guests to wear warm clothes at night due to the poweful Ac which cools the entire hotel efficiently esp lifts and bathroom lobbies are the coldest.Breakfast was of excellent quality with many varities.Parking space in the basement is a bit tight due to limited space.

Love the large clean room and the staff hospitality
