We, a large family, are very touched by the services of the Grand Mercure Hotel, Kemayoran. If there is a rating above 10 I will definitely give it. The year-end holiday which coincided with the celebration of my parents 40th anniversary became very special. The romantic room decoration and the surprise cake given by the guest relations added to the happiness of the night.

Starting from the location of the hotel, it is strategic, the view is the best, the interior of the room is bgs and of course the service is good. Makes us as a family very comfortable. Don't know why if you stay here, you will always extend another day.

Marketing also helps choose the kmr with the best view ... so we can see the fireworks party only from the room without having to leave the hotel ..

Few needs to improved. ex. Air conditioner kind of slow to cool the room, water temperature for bath tub is not hot enuff ( personal taste )

But overall I am very pleased and sattisfied stay here.

Star hotels but have low IQ skills looking for money. You have to bill 5 million, the AC does not turn on when you want to eat at the restaurant and you are not allowed to use the camera when you want to take a photo, but before the day, the phone to the receptionist is allowed.

We just tried the Resto and Lounge Bar, the atmosphere is really comfortable, the food is ok, the drink variations are ok, the overall is ok.

Nice hotel,except the hotel entrance -waiting zone the Air-con simply TOO COLD for comfort not to mention setting this kind temperatures wasting lots of electricity and not environmental friendly.i regret attending event there without my winter jacket.

Attend a product training event in Sky Ballroom Lotus 1. The room very nice with high ceiling and big screen facilities from hotel. Food taste very good but i just take it little, so sad for me hiks..

Sky ballroom in 27th floor, they have 3 lift location and every location have minimum 2 lift. It's very helpful if many guest goes there. If you used indosat cellular operator you will had bad signal there, you must go outside the room to get better signal.

For moslem they had 3 pray room in different floor, you can find in 7th floor, 5th floor and LG floor (*i forgot this one, CMIIW). When i go here, there is any atlet from china stay at this hotel to join asian games in Indonesia.

The last if you go there ride a car you can park in hotel parking area but if you goes there use motorcycle you must park in MGK. Beside and behind this hotel (because the MGK area very big :D).

The reception staff are friendly, the food is good, the lobby of the hotel is nice and neat, the room was clean, the hotel was recommended

The hotel room is nice. I use smoking room,and when check in room the smell is smoke smell. The tv channel is bad for signal,like what I post u can see it. But totally the hotel is nice,I like the room,the design. Very comfortable and the price is not so expensive for room nice like this. Food i forget to take picture and the taste is nice. The crew also helping. Here also have karaoke that is center stage.

Favorite hotel in Kemayoran. Suitable for staying if there is a festival / concert because the standard rooms are spacious. The toilet is good too. The mattress is always clean & smell good. For breakfast, there are quite a lot of selections, including sushi & miso soup. Really recommended!
