It's a five-star hotel from Accor chained-hotel and that's why I chose it. Room is clean, dynamic looking, and I love their toiletries but their slipper got me down. Another point of unsatisfaction is the unpleasant smell in the corridor. Maybe it came from the air conditioner system. Last thing is I don't like staff whom served customers but still chatting with their coworkers.
