Stayed here from December 28 to January 4. The location is outstanding and the rooms are neat. Our room was immaculate. Our butler Damari was very attentive and gave us a great experience. However, they really need to improve the bar and restaurant service. Often things are missing or out of stock. For example, no more straws, no more pin colada mix. The bar and restaurant staff seem to be annoyed by the guests. They re often talking amongst themselves and give little regards to the guests. No pool or beach service. In the morning at the buffet you ll need to wait often 15-20 mins for simple coffee. We had booked the culinary experience with a 7 course meal and wine pairing. It s a ripoff. They don t even change your wine glasses between the service. They mix white wine and red wine. I had never seen such a bad service! Fortunately, Ashley one of the manager of food and beverage gave us a full refund (90$ per person). Although there s lot of staff on the premises, personalized service isn t a priority here. It didn t feel like a five star resort. A 4 stars at most. If they improve the service and give more training to their staff, I would go back to Grand Lido/Royalton.

Loved my stay here. They did a spectacular Grand Lido Dinner on Wednesday. Great food. Nice atmosphere. Butler service amazing. I also did a great romantic dinner on the pier. Rooms are great. Absolutely amazing stay.

I don't have pictures to add because there wasn't even enough time in the day to take any. I stayed here for 3 days as a birthday getaway with my fiance - it was great! The food is good and the staff treated us no less even though we are locals. Condley and Ricardo (our butlers) were exceptional! We are looking forward to spending a summer honeymoon here. :)

Nice ocean views throughout the resort. Pool side food and bar was great. Matured crowd at the nude pool side.

For a 1st timer I really loved my stay here. The staff was amazing and my 2 butlers were even more amazing. The view of the sunrise and the sunset from the room balcony is breathtaking! I will definitely be back.

The hotel wast spectacular, service was phenomenal. Our butlers Ricardo and Donovan went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Rory the fitness coach kept me in shape after all the fun. Make sure u take the kickboxing and aqua fit classes by rory. Really great.

Home of the most beautiful sunsets. Glistening Blue water with loads of fish swimming by. The people and staff are most friendly. Our butlers Betina and Orane were most delightful and took the intitative to make our weekend a very special one. The front desk staff was most pleasant. We got an arrival massage which really took the stress off from our 6hrs journey. Advice though just put your bags down and head to the spa for Hydrotherapy. The spa was the best part of staying.

wow what a hotel , staff nicest every seen, food to die for , miss it , beaches great, reception with fab smiles , the managment always around to help in anything. and 3 hotels you can enjoy , cant wait to come back

This was my first time being in Jamaica and I had an excellent time...My two butlers Orane and Damari were the best...they made sure we had everything we needed and they accommodated...I would definitely come back and want the same butlers....I really loved everytime about the hotel n resort...the food and the people..Thank you

This was the best vacation ever. Went with my sisters for my 40th bday. Resort was spotless and came with butlers to my surprise. Anthony and Teon were the best. And while I was there the food was excellent, room service was fast. Guest services fulfilled every request. And I got to live a little, experienced my first nude swim. I'm definitely going back soon.

Great place. Comfortable, nice and quite with an excellent restaurant and amazing sunset view.

Decent place. Was not supposed to be there but the Royalton Hideaway overbooked. If you are OK hanging out with naked people the private pool beach and bar is amazing and the bartender Poppie is a cool guy

Great place just to relax and do nothing. However they refuse to honor the resort credit given by Expedia and will keep you hostage

Excellent resort. Everything you want which is included. The food is better than many resorts. Rooms are excellent with enthusiastic service from staff.

Although there are many positives the negatives far outweigh them.
We had a mixed experience and it isn't fair to give everything the same rating. But ultimately our experience left us feeling cheated and very uncomfortable with no interest to return. So we rate it just one star.
