Friendly staff and nice room
But one minus it's view is towards city

Very Good Hotel, nice place and good stuff, I spent one week it was in October so I didn't try the fatalities except using my room, but the services was good

Great place to stay in istanbul, in the expensive side, but i had an excellent experience there.

The location of the hotel enables you to reach a number of sights within a short time. The rooms are very comfortable. Ideal for business people visiting the city.

Poor guest relations, the overall experience not as expected from the so called Hyatt brand . Plenty of better options available.
The breakfast spread is not upto the mark of a 5 star rating. Some of the front desk staff had bad attitudes.
Definitely never recommend in Istanbul.

An Old 80's style hotel .Good for business travelers

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was well maintained , slightly more of a old school feel but overall very comfortable stay and the hotel is located very well (considering airport havaist bus routes)

Excellent location near Taksim square, confortable rooms with all amenities. We came on business and had booked a meeting room. It all went very smoothly thanks to the nice venue and the efficiency of the staff who attended to all our needs. Equally positive impressions from the restaurant, fantastic food and very courteous and friendly staff.

We've stayed several times in the hotel unfourtunatley this time the staff went through our bags and stole money, when we reported the inncedint to the front desk they were careless and unattending they even accused me of lying!! When we spoke to head of security and he told us he will check the doors for the card used. He was late and when i fell asleep waiting i woke up to fins two staff memmbers hacking at the doors once i inquired about it they brushes it off as trying to fix a technical problem at the door.

And although i love istanbul to the point where ive visited 4 times a year for almost 5 years it will be my last time due to the decline of hotel services in here.

Wonderful Property, this was my 2nd stay here and being a Hyatt Explorist i tend to get a free yearly night after staying 30 nights in Hyatt and being that, i used it twice in 2 years at this Hyatt speaks Volumes-

Mehmet at front desk is phenomenal at customer service along with Muharam in ensuring guest comfort before arrival-

Ideally located at taksim square, amazing breakfast and staff-

Will stay again next year with my wife and baby-

Excellent hotel. Top notch service. Friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes walk from Taksim square.

Location The sanitary conditions are good. Just around the Hilton. Ritz Carlton. Intercontinental hotel is much better. I do not see the Bosphorus view among the surrounding hotels. Most importantly, the name Hyatt is an unqualified service. From check-out point, it is very unfriendly, but crazy people do not issue a receipt too. . The Turkish people generally do not speak English well and wanted to bang the real thing, but I was angry with the Korean language. Oh, I got a deposit of 600 lira and I refund it. I came back from Korea and did not do it. Breakfast is also scrambled with eggs and sausages. I regret to go. I recommend you to go to the Ritz Carlton for more money. It's the first time I've used a five-star and I feel so dirty.

Everything excellent, only the nonstop noise from landing flights, starting 5 am, really annoying, glass windows should be upgraded.

The food is varied and delicious, the pool is beautiful.

A wonderful hotel and I was old furniture shui but I service was excellent

Staff are friendly. Club room was spacious and comfortable. Club lounge equally good. Well equipped Gym though TV connection was not working in some equipment. Vegetarian food was a challenge. Concierge Mehmet was outstanding and very helpful.

The services in the cocktail and ballrooms we used were extremely modest but fast.

I just found the place a bit old and neglected.

My nurse, I stayed for 3 months when they served in the pandemic process. Although I only used the car park because of my pandemic, I am sure that other services are also excellent. My room was enormous. I got used to it, it was like my home. I wish I could continue to stay :)
