Although not staying at his hotel;

Although not staying at his hotel;
transportation to the hotel,
Simplicity and cheapness of parking (no valet disgrace)
kindness of staff,
lobby, reception services,
The services in the cocktail and ballrooms we used were extremely modest but fast.

I just found the place a bit old and neglected.
