Always been a stellar hotel for me as I've been there many times and never disappointed. The food is really good. Yesterday I booked an advance room for December with k.Tom/Pattana and was very impressed with the level of service and follow up making my booking. Other luxury hotels at the same event did not even come close to this level of service. Looking forward to my stay and will update again afterwards.

Its very nicely renovated and very conveniently situated within the main shopping belt and just a stone's throw from the BTS station

Excellent service from Bell Team to Club Lounge. Grand Hyatt Erawan gives excellent service compared to many hotels in Bangkok.
Guest Manager Chompu is very meticulous and a thoughtful person.
Bell Team lead by Khun Naan is also very helpful with information on Bangkok.

Located just beside premium malls and within walking distance to night market. If those who came here to pray the four-faced buddha, its just beside the hotel.

It has decent function hall for event, not too sure about the swimming pool or gym.

Service (4.75/5)
The service crew are all well trained, well spoken english and even offer to provide solutions like the BLT when the uber/cab takes too long. They are always wearing a smile.

Most wow grand hyatt hotel i have ever seen.. great staff and wide rooms... if you don t smoke, make sure you ask them for non smoking because the smoking room level smell horrible at the corridor

Location wise, this is the best among the hyatt in Bangkok. Connecting to bts and walking distance to major malls and night markets. Room is a little dated and lighting is too dim for my liking. But if you only have 2 to 3 nights in Bangkok, staying here will save you time and money from travelling too

Always love coming back here. Even if it s not the most modern and glamorous hotel, there is a nice home atmosphere with very friendly staff.

Food is good. Faculty is friendly and helpful. Driver taking me to airport is also excellent.

Here is a review and thank the Grand Hyatt Erawan for the wonderful five course dinner. I apologize for the pictures not quite being of the quality the food and surroundings deserved, but I think seeing pics of the environment and various dishes to go along with the review makes it more interesting.

All in all, a splendid evening. I am tremendously thankful for this wonderful opportunity to take my friend a bit out of her comfort zone and also introduce her to a very Western manner of planning and eating a meal. I am also very happy to have sampled so many of the dishes, allowing me to sample a variety of the cooking of Tables Bar & Grill.

As expected, Hyatt.. but it is a little less than Japan or Korea

Miss Nuchanard at reservation is the best of the best:) thankyou from all of us :) After covid incidence,this is our 1st family holiday and Miss Nuchanard give us a very very special room.The premier suit room :) the room was beathtaking .The room was authentic Thai with large window to floor from one side to another,the view of bangkok was stunning, There were grand sofa at the window ,dining table and also kitchen with macnetic stove ,microwave and large refridgerator. And if not more surprize FREE minibar and soft drink !!! except the alcohol of course. It is our best moment so Thankyou again and wish you a very very happy day too.

The taxi from the hotel does not come easily, probably because it was the end of the year.
However, if you don't use a taxi, it's close to the station and within walking distance to various large malls, it's a very convenient location.
The room is beautiful.
There is a feeling of being renovated.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, the people that take care of you are fantastic, the restaurant buffet great, the pool area great and the rooms are serviced twice a day,thanks guys .

The Dining Room is really rubbish. When you go to a bad attitude, the black noodles are counted. The wild food is less, and you have a good taste. You are thirsty and want to drink, and you have to wait for the canal to pour water. The restaurant has the worst meal, and the downstairs has a courtesy and good taste.

Wedding anniversary I booked somewhere else but when I arrived at the hotel I booked They renovated the hotel without letting us know. So I ended up at this hotel. The staff is very nice, the room is clean, is welcomed in all parts of the hotel. Very impressed

Good location, traditional outside + mordern room. Warm greeting! It WAS good. But...it still under construction, smell+no lounge+ lower fl.
Most worst one is terrible traffic noise, even 12th fl. Frankly, I don't want to imagine lower fl. Never take front side room - when I changed 11fl. Back side it was OK - they should be taken soundproof window at renovation!!
At the last, never understandable...
There is cockroach at the spa and sauna. In H.Y.A.T.T - 5star hotel.

Perfect location, friendly staffs, the best spa ( highly recommend it! ) in BKK.
The club lounge is in poor condition.

It's always great experience at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, my favorite is there Tables restaurant at mezanin floor a classic french restaurant with great wines and equally good service, served crusty bread with plain butter and truffle butter , was great cheerful beginning, had great amuse bouche of tomato Foam with salmon fish and mackarel with daikon raddish, pigeon Cannelloni was dramatically presented like Lab created dish was equally fantastic in taste, requested Parma Ham platter from Spasso there Italian restaurant was served with love, lobster creations with coral, and ended with chocolate creation served in beautiful dish. Great place to enjoy.
