With two king beds was huge. Service excellent. Food over the top. Amenities including the two pools gym sauna steam room whirlpools - unbeatable.

Espresso - the best, I stayed here dozens of times over the years and never had anything to complain about.

So many restaurants, get to everywhere in Dubai fast, close to the airport. Dubai health city next door .

Grand Hyatt is realy grand in everything .
I love this place because of amenities and personal service they privide. Starting from checkin to making up your room. Lounge service is excellent. House keeping is realy great. Food they have of everykind you want. Even for vegeterians.

Amazing restrants . My favorite is the buffet.
It s one of the favorites ballroom for local wedding. As it offers beautiful ballroom. Great food .great service. Set in central location in the heart of Dubai.

Classy hotel but, at the time we stayed, let down by some very noisy refurbishments. However the staff were very apologetic and moved us to another room. Lounging round the pool was very enjoyable. All in all a nice place.

Disadvantages: The parking is exposed without a canopy and the entrance to the hotel is crowded.

I lived in Grand Hyatt for three years and loved it each and everyday.
However, when leaving, after three years, management surprised us with many hidden charges.
Over all very good memories.

The hotel is amazing. But had quite a few bad experiences with the staff. They seemed rude and not at all hospitable.
We raised this with the duty manager and he was very kind to listen to us patiently.
We do hope to go there again and not have this repeated experience

Never quite sure why I like it so much, but it's my favourite Dubai hotel - it has a lovely 'feel', great staff, good restaurants (plenty of options, and great quality) and a fantastic pool complex.. The only negatives are rather dated TV system and weak WiFi

I stayed at Grand Hyat hotel as I had conference there, The hotel was really fancy and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and they let us to check in earlier when we arrived in early time. There are many great facilities in the hotel like the cosy spa with many a great outdoor pool, they let me to use it even after I checked out. The only reason made gave 4 stars is the hotel rooms are not sound proofed. You can hear your neighbors and hear people in the corridor clearly which gives you less privacy, There should good sound isolation in such a hotel.

Great staycation deal.. brekkie and drinks with dinner included. Brekkie till 11 and dinner needed to be served between 6 and 8pm. That being said, that's plenty of time to look around and serve yourself and linger about a bit after dinner. The food was consistently good with more than an adequate choice. The outsode pool opens at 9am and shuts at 7pm. The indoor pool is open till 5 for kids and till 10pm for adults. The pool bar has some great options and overall the service was brilliant minus one lady at the spa reception who was a little snooty. Other than that, we loved it and can't recommend it enough. There's a water slide area for the kids, a tiny pool for the wee ones, a 4 feet pool and a 7 foot one. Check in and out were carried out swiftly with safety measures in check. The rooms were stupendous! I was having so good a time that I didn't get around to taking more pictures! Special shout out to the pool bar staff and the kitchen!

Superb flowing water themed 5 Star facility with good restaurents and large garden, spa, tennis courts and swimming pools. Also they have nice kids playing area with water sports. Good family destination.

Very good hotel which is located near the Airport and very close to the Wafi center. The hotel lobby is immersed in greenery under the murmur of water that slowly flows almost underfoot, and the inverted boats attached to the ceiling create a feeling of weightlessness ... Very nice,)

Superb hotel. Excellent staff, lovely grounds with pools and gardens. Metro close by but a longer ride and poss a line change for many newer malls and attracions. Slightly dated hotel but still extremely livable and a good choice. Very child friendly.

Pro: Good Value for Price (room & breakfast buffet). Big garden with pools and lots of bed chairs. Healthy but short distance to downtown.

Con: additional services are ridiculous expensive. Kids Club 5-12 is extra charge (22 p.d.). Quality of cocktails at the pool bar are a bad joke and a beer (0,3 l) costs almost 15 , a portion french fries almost 10 . Staff seems often a kind of stressed out, probably due to the size of the large hotel and the amount of guests to be served. Anyways here you feel yourself more like a paying number then like a appreciated guest.

A very nice hotel. The whole can be divided into two parts, namely, these are terraced apartments and the main hotel building. In the complex you will find an outdoor aquapark, an indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi, saunas and a gym. Everything is well cared for, there are beautiful lawns, cages with exotic birds.
There is one restaurant in the aquapark, and a grocery store in the main building.
Grand Hayatt Dubai is about a ten minute walk from the nearest metro station.

At the end of the year, he decided to make his wife a gift an opportunity to rest from everyday fuss and children (we have three of them)))) and bought vouchers to the UAE. Chose the Grand Hyatt Dubai. Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms, Russian-speaking staff. Nearby are many shops. I am not a fan of the sea and therefore for me personally there was a big plus a huge pool)))) To dilute the rest with adrenaline, we decided to turn to professionals from the SHAN TOURS and were very pleased. We ordered an excursion in jeeps in the desert, emotions went off the scale, a complete delight from such races on the sand. Then we were pleasantly surprised by the national dishes of the indigenous Bedouins and their dances. Special thanks to the guides, very sociable and knowledgeable about the history and customs of the indigenous population.

The best hotel and also the apartments and restaurant breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly and I hope to pay attention to them because some times it is very crowded by customers.

Was here for a three day conference. The service is good is round and the multicultural staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel is also centrally located for both business and leisure. Great amenities for all family. Highly recommend!

I was really happy with my stay in this hotel, the room were big, clean and comfy, there was a nice bathroom and kitchen appliances in the room which is always a plus. lovely and nice staffs in the hotel. buffet style dinner/breakfast was really good. I will definitely come back!!! :)

Very poor experience at the valet parking. Hotel was busy with no parking space left available, and valet told me to park the car outside in RTA parking. I had pressurize valet to take my car. Very poor valet management.
