I have been there in 2007, 2008, 2009 staying in total more than 90 nights. I have been travelling a lot around the globe and I think that this is one of the best in the world with an excelent service and very professional and smiling staff. Just perfect!!

Very nice hotel with impressive lobby and very large garden in the Libby with various restorations.
However location not really central.

I really love this hotel since first time I was there on 2001. Still one of the best, and most attractive hotels of UAE with varity of fine dining outlets. Highly Professional staff and management as expected from Hyatt.

Brilliant resort hotel. Great facilities especially pools and restaurants. Staff were all uber friendly. Close to everything. Have previously stayed in Jumeirah and the palm and although the views aren't as good I think the location is better to take the family to other part (etc Creek Park, Children's City).

Best hotel experience in terms of living, food and hospitality.

My wife and I were at the Grand Hyatt Dubai from 31.05 - 07.06. Very friendly and attentive staff. Some Germans work at the hotel reception, which helps with more complicated questions. The rooms are very nicely decorated and are also cleaned twice a day. The pool area is very nice and very large and it is several times a day attention (ice cream, cold drinks) served. There are always several lifeguards by the pool. The breakfast buffet is very rich and delicious. The staff at breakfast is also very friendly and fast.
Overall a very great and luxurious hotel. The location is very central. We can only recommend this hotel. Whether business or family vacation.

The rooms are nice and spacious. This is the place to stay if you are travelling with family.

Dubay2020 I had the same issue. People around the hotel were very unhelpful and the Japanese sushi restaurant. My shashimi came as if it was the left over ends of the fish. Like those clearance pieces you get in the discount section of the fish market. I complained also the filipina manager and she said this is how he makes it. I am emiratiya i have been to japan many times, Japanese Sushi is based off apperance. They spend hours perfecting it. 2 orders from Hyatt japanese place the fish was several pieces pushed into the rice to make it look as one, the flesh of the fish looked as if a cat attacked it as you also described. I complained to the management team, spoke to the filipina woman and was also told. " Oh soo sorry madammmmm this is how we make itttt we understand it doesnt look good but i assure you it takes good" This is unacceptable. I also saw them letting emirati's in kundora drink beer, ILLEGAL IN MY COUNTRY OF UAE. Her reply is oh we didnt know we cant serve muslims sorry madammmm

A great hotel. However, I think it's naughty for a 0.1l in the champagne glass served cocktail 21.00 to ask! Peach juice with frizzante and peach liqueur for 21,00 .

This hotel is the hotel. And I mean it doesn't disappoint, I'm not trying to say that all the hotels are bad but this hotel is one of the best the food there is amazingly good and the pools are very nice and relaxing and the employees are very generous

Stayed there for four nights as it was a very special stay .. The hotel is very highly luxurious, distinguished, and clean, and the staff are extremely helpful.

UPDATE: Received apology as with review and told to contact hotel. No contacts actually given and probably the writer ignored the part where I said I had ALREADY emailed the Guest Services Manager. Double negligence as trying to pretend this issue goes away

I hate giving harsh reviews BUT this is one place that deserves it. 14th floor has club room that if you pay the extra you can visit. HOWEVER the colour of your skin dictates the efficiency of the service. I.e. will you be served in say less than 30 mins. The hotel is average. The facilities average.. but the latent racism make this a NEVER visit again... 7 days ago emailed the Guest Services Manager.. ignored. At least one of the middle management apologised. But.. an utter embarassment to a multi cultural society

Great hotel. Lovely staff and wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are a little old and a new innovation might be a good idea. The bedding and the mattresses are not the best in class.

Wonderful!! All just perfect! The rooms , the food the service. I didn t know and booked another hotel the Ajman Sarah for eid. What a mistake. What was supposed to be better wasn t hardly as good but more expensive. Will come back to the grand Hyatt for sure and hopefully never ever to the Ajman saray anymore

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. Pool was a bit crowded so its best not to go too late. The garden inside was very beautiful and well looked after.

The entrance to the hotel is easy and there is no crowding. The lobby is large. The rooms are spacious. A place suitable for families. I highly recommend it. Upscale treatment of everyone. Places and shops in hotel spend their fun without the day to come out.

The lobby alone is beautiful when you walk in.
The rooms are a dream - the view fantastic and the bathrooms beautiful.
The pool area is large and has everything you need, especially enough loungers. The staff is always very friendly.
Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had. Anyone who has something to complain about here should seek help.
Particularly noteworthy is the garden area, while you are in the hotel, you do not notice through it that you are actually in a world metropolis. In short, a hotel that invites you to come back.
Special recommendation: the restaurant "Avatar" in the hotel is terrific!
