It was my sister's wedding last night and we did it at the Grand Horizon. I would like to write a detailed review because I believe that genuine reviews help alot.

Overall, it was a very satisfying and comfortable experience.

One major highlight was that there were no cheap tactics to save money which alot of banquets do!

I would share my experience for some key aspects:

1. Food: Easily the biggest strength of this place. There was a variety of dishes. Starting from snacks and drinks to the main course and desserts, everything was of high quality. I cannot recall even one dish which was not good.

2. Decoration and Ambience: Upto the mark. Except for a few minor things, the hall was neat and clean. And as it is new, it looked beautiful.

3. Operations: Very smooth. There were a few minor hiccups (which were ignorable). If you are booking this venue, get in touch with Anupam ji who takes care of the operations. He will make your life easy. He kept telling that he wanted us to have a great time, and the man is worth his word!

4. Management and staff: Very supportive. They understand your anxiety and will take care of your needs. One of the owners is a bit temperamental (I will not name him here, but you will understand :P) and you need to handle him diplomatically. The owners are supported by their children, who are doing a pretty commendable job.
Others in management, staff, waiters etc are also very helpful. Some people who were very helpful include Anupam ji (Operations), Sarika ji (Admin) and Sanjay ji (Operations).

5. Hall size: the only setback. We had a gathering of around 250-275 people, and the hall was crowded when the baraat arrived.

Excellent hall for receptions & functions. Staff are highly professional with reasonable rates.

Food is quite good. Their Ras malai is very good. But the space is not enough for any usual Indian marriage related ceremony. Interior is good but not awesome.

Enjoyed family function there, It was nice and we all enjoyed their services, food and staff.

We hosted a Wedding Reception in December 2019 at The Grand Horizon. The venue was excellent. Our guests, on their own, praised the decor, food and courtesy. We particularly acknowledge excellent arrangements made by Mr. Simar Pal of The Grand Horizon. He was very responsive to our requirements all the time. Very helpful and courteous. Recommended.

Good for small parties, birthday celebration and engagement ceremonies. Food is below average!

Both Ambience and food is good.... Well maintained and excellent decoration. The most important part is this place have a boyg lawn outside the hall where multiple cars can park and baraat can assemble easily

This banquet is the worst of all
The staff is careless.the LED to play shoot was worst.
Dj had no sense of playing the video
They had the oldest laptops for playing the video so they changed almost 5 laptops to play a video
There carelessness costed me alot,my half time went to play the anniversary shoot video.
And no staff to clear up the stage for performances
No manager was there when we had issues about lighting, video on led or any other thing.
The lady Manager who took our booking was so rude
that she just spoiled my mood. She didn t cooperated at all. And was rude whenever we needed help.
THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT PAYMENT.
It was my parents anniversary and it wAs my responsibility to mAnage but got no help from there side. Such rude bad staff it was!
I just wasted my all money on this banquet
Please dont book this for your special occasion!

Best banquet in Moti Nagar food is very tasty and ambience is awesome ,service is perfect .

What I liked about this banquet was that it is ideal to host a small gathering of people. Valets are available, so parking your car is hassle free. The halls are well lit and the service staff is attentive. The catering was satisfactory too.

Worst place ...only single washroom and it was so pathetic... Condition..

Superb Food, Nice Banquet, Little Bit problem for the car parking. Staff is good. All is good..

Went there to attend a wedding..food quality was ok only..but I did not like the attitude of the managers there..one of the guy was serving kulfi and all of a sudden the manager came and started scolding him and asked him not to serve..it appeared there was specific instructions to staff to serve only for a few minutes and then get vanished from the stall..if u cannot afford to serve some items just don't put those on menu..earning a bad name for urself and the host..

I booked d party here.. Seen d fantabulous ambiance and d courteous staff..... The huge Hall with proper aeration compelled me to book D hall.the mesmerising decoration with finger licking food left d deep impact on our guest's. Special thanks to Miss Sarika to greeting us so well.

My wedding is Memorable not only for me...but for our Guests also.

As per looks, its awesome... but food here is below average...they should inprove quality of food instead of just decorating food...

Awesome place.. Ambience is of no match with others

Nice lighting, built newly. Has parking and valet for guests. Inside ambience is good with separate tables, sofas for guests when they arrive. Options to provide snacks, beverages. Has staff to co-ordinate with guests once meal is available. Also for any seat or mandap arrangements, necessary help is provided.

Really nice banquet, it s beautifully designed and has decent space to offer. The chandlers on the first floor are pretty spectacular. The food n service are also good. They host multiple functions at one go.

Was here for a marriage ceremony. Huge size banquet halls, good food, good staff, good rooms. Adequate parking. Can improve the green cover and enhance the garden a bit.

Very Bad experience. Attended a marriage on 28th April, 2019. and it was a complete disaster. The food counters didn't had plates, the staff were least bothered, the floor manager Tarun was extremely unprofessional. Cannot take client feedback, no hospitality.

If you want to spend the complete earning of your life on a marriage here, never, because you might regret later.

Interestingly, all members of my family and some others I know have food poisoning the next day. Strange?

Will really appreciate if the owner calls me back and discuss the same.

Located on shivaji marg with great decor but there is no parking
