Love the hotel and have stayed here many times. The lobby and common areas are getting a little tired but I still love the place. I m here this week in a great suite at $700 plus per night.

Today was a bit off. Front desk jerk was rude as I ve experienced in a long while. I politely asked if the rooftop terrace was open and he growled the terrace has been closed for 6 YEARS except for private events . I didn t know this or how rude it must be to ask but I do now, so I walked away.

Beautiful day so next I thought I d ask the doorman to let me in the park (this is part of the privilege of staying here). He says the park is closed today for renovations....I walk over to the park to watch a half dozen moms and others in the park enjoying the perfect spring afternoon.

I think the GPH needs some management oversight.

This is a really fantastic hotel. It's really beautifully decorated with a really warm and cozy feel. The style is old school, with a lot of red velvet and dark wood, but it really works. Both in the lobby and in the bar there are two really beautiful fireplaces. The location is obviously also fantastic.

The service at this hotel could quite possibly be the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel, around the world. As if the real employees were being held hostage and the fake employees were there to make us regret our life decisions. So unfortunate because the rooms were pretty cool.

Visit the Gramercy Park Hotel for drinks after work with friends. The decor was amazing yet and service was great! The bar though wasn't as spacious as I'd hope but overall we had a great time.

Fantastic location and ambiance is very cool. A downside for me was no coffee in room or offered in lobby. Had to go buy some each morning, small but annoying. Have access to park which is VERY cool!

One of the best luxury boutique hotel in NY. Right in front of the Gramercy Private Park accessible to hotel guests. Excellent restaurant. Refined decoration of the rooms, big bathroom. One of my favorite places during my visits.

Overall I was very pleased. They accommodated my request and were helpful. The room was great. One of the more interesting looking hotels inside , plush reds and velvets. It was for a romantic get away and it did not disappoint. It was quiet. I paid up for a king room with a view of the park. They upgraded me to a suite. We didn't take advantage of the great restaurant but the Jade and rose bar are cool. Guest at the hotel have access to Gramercy park which is not open to the public, one of the cooler features.

The minute you walk into the lobby of the Gramercy Park Hotel, you can feel the history of the building. The front desk is tucked into the back corner allowing guests to enjoy the cozy lobby area.

I love this place, especially in the winter when you can share a lovely cocktail near the fire. Of course the place is very pricey, but it s NYC (actually it s Gramercy!). I definitely recommend this for a romantic date...of course if you re not on a tight budget!

Beware the supposed upgrade to a king was actually treating me to a room over the Rose Bar which at midnight began a high intensity full bass cacophony that literally resonated through the bed. Even with TV on the sound was horrible. Bring ambien. I did not.

What had once been a quaint, quiet - and quietly elegant - European style hotel was bought and renovated several years ago, and not for the better. A Gramercy Park treasure is sadly lost and gone forever, replaced by something better suited to Carnegie Hill...or Disney.

Agree with another reviewer that while this hotel is beautiful, hip and artsy, they prioritized their 12-4 AM nightclub over their guests. We stayed on the 4th floor above Rose Bar and I felt like I might as well have partied there until 4 AM because I certainly wasn't sleeping given the level of base thumping through our walls. Management should have the decency to inform their guests of this at the time of booking or check-in given the price and 5-star rating. Comping us a couple of drinks the next day was not much consolation.

Utterly awful service - waited 25 minutes to check in. Had reserved a queen room and was given a two-double room without notification. No apologies. After spending 15 more minutes talking to the rudest manager ever, got a king room that had a crib in it. Completely disappointing experience for what is supposedly a high-end hotel. Stay far away!

Update: 30 minutes later, at 12:30, after we had finally fallen asleep, the manager called our room to apologize for his behavior. At 12:30 in the morning. Unreal.

The location is pretty good.

The location is pretty good.
You can walk to Ace hotel, NOMAD, and Union square, so it's convenient for breakfast or lunch.
It takes about 10 minutes by taxi to SOHO.

The concept of the hotel is solid and I like it.
Amenity is a little lonely, but it was a good hotel including customer service.

Ate at the restaurant. Service was great and the waiter made helpful suggestions. It felt a little cramped though: there was a column right against our table which made it hard to see other people.

Review is for hotel not the restaurant or bar. I stayed here for a week for a business trip. Although hotel is lovely, I didn't find the staff to be warm, helpful or kind. I genuinely hope that management reconsiders what they would like the customer service at the business to look like. Also since it's a Design hotel, SPG benefits are basically non-existent. I wouldn't choose to visit again.

Beautiful and hip place. Went to a wedding reception on terrace and it was very posh. The staff was super and very friendly. The food and drink were excellent. I would love to come back and stay here one day.

This gorgeous, classic hotel is one of our favorite places to stay when we really want to be spoiled. With a coveted key to Gramercy Park, you'll feel like a true VIP. Be sure to dine at Maialino.

This hotel was beautiful, absolutely amazing. We attended a wedding on the rooftop terrace and the skyline views were really great. If you're a fan of art, this is the place to be because there are some amazing originals from Andy Warhol decorating the walls. This is a wonderful and romantic venue, and I highly recommend checking it out!

Uptown luxury found in the hip downtown neighborhood of Gramercy. This hotel is a great place to relax, catch a drink, hang at the spa, etc. The rooms here are by far some of the nicest I have ever been in. Service is great as well. Anything you want, need, or desire, they can provide for you.

Different from other hotels in New York for its special architecture, dark lighting and unique calm location, The Gramercy Park Hotel was on my bucket list since I had my first breakfast at Maialino last year - the hotel s famous restaurant. Arriving at 9pm, i was welcomed into a dark lobby decorated with touches of red reminding me of the 14th century castles.

The Sheraton Kobe Bay is a business hotel that meets the usual standards. The hotel is quiet and the room is very clean. The hotel s staff is well trained and fully qualified for their work. There is a paid WIFI network, and there are frequent shuttle buses to and from Sannomiya and Shin Kobe next to the subway station.
