I went to pick up my order already settled in the store and hoped that the job was going to be fast (my first pass had already been disastrous) but be surprised it was not: SLOW service (wait 45min for the hostess to go his order in the stock, being wandered by another without even being able to say a word). The products being "luxurious" and overpriced, politeness should be included in the experience, do not you think? The only lovable being in the store was the porter!

Snooty like other high end stores but nicely decorated. They don't allow photos...I suppose to keep it exclusive...but kind of annoying, IMO. I am not impressed with the Designs. They are all the same fabric print, just in different colors. I prefer to check out the other notable, competitive brands for their classics as well as more modern ideas. Not sure Goyard will ever be for me.
The quality of the product is shockingly bad. Also aftercare of the bags and service attitude unbelievably poor. They simply ruined my bag instead of mending it
Horrible service here. First off this bag is ugly af. I was here to buy someone a bag. Right off the bat, i wasn't allowed to take pictures in the store. (When i was at chanel, lv and the cartier store, i was allowed to take pictures) I was trying to take pictures of the bag. I knew what i (the person im getting the bag for) wanted so as soon as the saleslady showed me the bag, i said ill take it. She took my info and told me to go upstairs where her colleague was going to ring me up. Ok cool, had to wait for a little bit. ok cool. After paying they told me to wait, the cashier said his colleague will come out with my bag. ok cool. This is when im about to flip a casket, im waiting and waiting. Go downstairs and asked where my bag is, showed my receipt. Im like i already paid and im waiting for my bag. O boy i was so mad. Guy comes out with my bag n i took it n left. He probably thinks im an american b*tch. Well your service here is ridiculous!
Shopping experience was great but the payment experience was quite slow. We found what we came for and we will be back on our next visit in the city of love.

I would recommend one of salespersons named "Juan". He has high service mind and really kind to us. I and my boyfriend have asked for the massenger bag and keep asking him to bring another color to try. Also, we have asked about restaurant which is nothing to concern with his duty but he was willing to ask his colleagues and recommend us some local restaurant.
I just have to say. I had the best day. Antoine was a pleasure. Best service I ve had in years honestly. He showed me so many awesome things in the store and explained the history of the bags & trunks. I ll be back.
Excellent service in a calm environment. This is the original store which is beautiful maintained. The customer service really excelled here I thought. While waiting to pay, I observed a few other patrons inquiring but did not make a purchase, I noted the customer service was identical to those making purchases. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting with my decision.
I don't know why people give this place such bad reviews! We arrived in Paris and this was our first stop. There was no line up so we went in right away. A sales associate immediately helped us and unfortunately the product that we wanted was not available. The sales associate told us he was expecting a shipment in later in the week, and gave us his card so that we can call to find out if the product was in the shipment.
Waited on hand and foot. My wife is so happy with her new purse that I have carte blanche to buy whatever I want for the next year! Mission accomplished!
Completely disgusted and cannot believe this store sold me a returned and possibly used bag or a display bag. I only found out after a friend who frequents the store mentioned that my brand new and never been used bag came without original plastic protections around the strap and the yellow cover cloth protecting the front of the bag. Based on their return policy, the moment I purchased this bag and walk out the store it would be considered used as you need the original plastic protections for a return/exchange. Extremely and highly unethical for the sales associate by the name of Lucille for failing to inform me before selling me this bag. So be aware and always check your items before you pay and make sure they are selling you a brand new item. This will be my last time ever purchasing anything from Goyard. Going to attempt to dispute this with my credit card company to death unless Goyard offers me a satisfactory resolution by exchanging a brand new and never been worn or used bag without additional cost to me.
I have been lucky enough to visit and make purchases at the Goyard Paris Flagship boutique in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Each time the Goyard associates have been exceptionally solicitous. This is my favorite place in Paris.

Horrible service. Didnt buy the product because of their service. Small store long line..... also is no pictures normal?? I needed girl advice to choose a bag pictures/facetime was a must for me.
The first day I was at this location with my wife, we were treated courteously. I placed an order for a custom made bag and return to pick up the order a few days later. No problem.
Four days later, I return to pick up my order and was treated completely different. No line at the door, was asked to wait until I informed the doorman that I was picking up. Let me in, I waited. Then a mother and daughter rang the door bell and was let in immediately. There was no mentioning that they had to wait.
I was then greeted by a young lady and was asked to wait so that the person in charge of sales would complete my purchase. I was assisted by the lady and her attitude completely changed from helping the previous couple. She gave me the feeling she did not want to help me. I was polite and greeted her and thanked her.
I have been treated worse. I expect better customer service especially from a store like this. I may not wear very expensive clothes but I dress appropriately and treat others with respect.
If you can smile, grit your teeth and hope you can be treated the way every customer should be treated, sorry, you bettter be Parisian and not an Asian man. I would give the place 1 to 2 stars, but I got my order and the first visit makes up for the second visit.
It s so sad that a few years ago they had a limited number of clients. The products do speak for itself however the experience of getting a single bag isn t pleasant.
While you waited in line for nearly 15 mins to get into the store while your thoughts are (oh yes I will get someone to help right away) funny you have to wait inside, granted I didn t wait for long but it s funny that I came in last and served first while the people who were ahead of me were still waiting.
I asked for a couple of bags only to be told that the items I want were sold out and probably be out next week. Apparently they don t email people when an item is available but they do take your money for an special order, really? Are you trying to make your bags special and unique when people pay more than retail to avoid this service? fair enough she won t email me.
Back to the point it takes more than 10 mins to get what I want, by the end they asked me give us your 3 fav colors really I want to know what s available based on this branch being sold out completely out of most of the bags, wallets and even leather goods I want. As well I liked a couple of bags on display that I asked to have (the lady helping us was very sweet and kind) unlike the other sales people who were mostly arrogant. She went and asked if I could get it but after some lame excuse they told me they can t sell the display.
You know you can ask around different branches if they have the color I want? Go out of your way for your customer don t stand in the way of them honestly it s very unpleasant getting a bag from them let alone shopping with family.
You want to be special and unique upgrade your policy! Don t take pictures? You have a set number of bags and leathered goods you can buy under your name in a year? (mistake that I will never make again as I didn t know about it when I shopping with my family under my name) You will have many more loyal customers if you worked more as a pleasant bitoque if you offer faster services and better customer care.
A) no more lines B) more loyal customers C) your customers would be happy instead of frustrated each time they leave
I wouldn t be buying for them anymore. I lost a big chuck of my day being in the store, their policy isn t up to par, they don t contact other stores for what you want and lastly the limited amount of items I can have in a year (seriously I m shocked).

Ridiculous no photo policy in the shop - staff couldn't provide an answer to why this rule is in place, they said that we can facetime someone if we want to show them... yeah totally not helpful. Attitude issues with the staff member I dealt with last Friday - it's clear that that they are not service oriented unlike other luxury brands. Pretty cheap/flimsy material used for their over-hyped products, not interested in this brand anymore.
Terrible service, spend your money in a brand that values its customers. There are many alternatives like Moynat or Valextra where they really know how to create a pleasant experience for shoppers.
Incompetent salespeople don't know how to honor places in line. I was ready to buy something, and they lost the opportunity. Fair warning, you'll waste your time here.
