Love this place. Love the company as it really practices work-life balance. Great afterwork activities for employees. Very spread out building. I love the trees, plants and outdoor vege garden. Grab a bicycle for a stroll. Who doesn't love free food? Have your lunch at the outdoor. :)
I have been on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes, you must be kidding me. You are sending e-mails into spam including vital information from my financial advisor! I have had to change my password 5-6 times in the last month and I always end up going back to one which was denied and then you accept it. What a joke Google is, some information highway. It is more like a drive down a road in the middle east. Get on the phone and talk with your costumers, this is not a joke. It is not like your revenue doesn't support some additional resource people.

Google Maps are disappointing, in not showing all night noisy RxR tracks behind hotels on El Camino Real in Palo Alto and Peninsula,,, to not fixing reported map errors after 3 months like Chapala Restaurant is lake side not mtn side and the Bix new sandwich shop in Mccall, Idaho
,,,to not letting us rate apartment buildings as businesses,,, to perpetualing the lie that 2450 S. Bascom office in San Jose is an official EDD office and not subcontractor incompetent lying Work Force, who all don't have EDD biz cards.

Also trying to get in touch with your company about ideas are really hard and when you do finally get a chance to get in touch with your company they either don't answer back or wait on the phone for way too long.. A nice walk! However, I advise to do it with a guide because, there are places that we are not allowed to take pictures. It is not possible to enter the buildings. By cons, the store is very good and well located. The Androids Park is a little disappointing because, they are very small and damaged. I still recommend going there, it's worth the trip :)

Google Nest has got to be one of the most useless purchases I have ever made. Home/Away assist has never worked correctly, defeating the reason we got this hunk of junk in the first place. Despite countless calls to Google Support they can't figure it out! Got the smoke alarm and that did not work either. Such a great company should stick to what they know, because their physical "smart" products are a waste of time and money. How about a refund for all the electricity your product wasted on my wallet's behalf?

Your business reviewing guidelines need an overhaul.
Anyone can review on any account, including COMPETITORS. You make it hard for people that are simply doing the right thing and make an honest dollar. Worst customer service when trying to get spam review removed, even as a paying customer. Why have a "help and support" hotline when you have no intention of helping others in the first place? A well deserved one star for Google and the clowns on the other end of the phone number for English speaking countries, struggling to speak the language .

Do not expect help from Google if their product malfunctions. I do not receive all the email I send from one Gmail account to the other. Followed the step for support, got nothing in return. Impossible to contact a human at Google and if their software does not work, well, what did you expect for free. I get it.

Very poor service - emailed them many times had no response, in fact I would say they have ignored me. Extremely disappointed with service - not responding to customers is arrogance. All they doing is supporting fake negative reviews and profiteering from it and not supporting small companies. Why do they support scammers?

A great place! There are various buildings, it is a very big place! There are some attractions, like the color bikes, and obviously the micro-kitchens, like in other Google offices!
There are many photo spots such as oreo Google store is closed on holidays.
I personally thought it was a amazing place to visit, I would like to get the chance to see it one day in person.
