Google Reviews

Google allows false customer reviews of small business, by vindictive eBay sellers. If you can manage to speak to someone in a busy Google call centre - they concede these are not customers and are a conflict of interest, however a faceless secondary team refuses to remove them.

I have never visited the Googleplex, and I likely never will. However, this minor setback does not prevent me from leaving feedback regarding my "experience"! What an effective system you've instituted, Google, allowing anonymous individuals to post reviews about any establishment they so desire! How beneficial your policies are to small businesses, ensuring that each and every comment is carefully monitored to prevent inaccurate representations! No other corporation is so sophisticated! I commend you, giant of technology; 5 stars.

Google is a dynamic, young and beautiful company! I hope more and more companies are taking an example to make the working environment more colorful and stimulating!

My school's reputation have suffered from fake review made by local guides who review places they never been to. In the US a couple of 1-star reviews don't do much damage but in smaller countries with a lot less reviewers a couple of 1-star review will seriously damage a private school who strive to have a perfect reputation. Who will send their kids to school with mediocre Google reviews? Fix it, please Google. A lot of businesses are suffering

I love google, but the review system is flawed. Look at how many reviews are either 4.5 stars, or 1 star. I think they should introduce a system that when you select a star, it gives examples of what that means. Say when you select 4 stars, it pops up the "criteria" for what 4 stars is, same for one or two. I think that gives business and company more of a fair and realistic rating. More of a simple matrix than pure opinion? Thoughts google?

I think Google should be held accountable for the negative and false reviews they allow people to post under businesses. For a small company, this is sometimes the very first impression customers have. This can make a negative impact on these small businesses such as mine. The only negative reviews my business has ever had are from people who haven't even done business with me or customers who have been cut off of services for non-payment!!!! These type of reviews negatively affect my business and it is unappreciated and undeserved. There should be an option to verify the reviews, delete the reviews or take the review option off. I advertise with you Google! Why are you not giving your customers some type of protection?! I've reported one of the 1 star spam reviews as spam several times over the last year and NOTHING has been done about it. This is ridiculous.

i think of google and i wonder how they can shove that many ppl into the same group think tank. Then i realize they cant. there must be a lot of ppl there so scared to have a differing opinion outloud. sounds as repressive as communist china. keep up the goodwork lemmings. maybe one day you can topple the US n prop up China for good. Then you can experience the same repression you dish out on the daily.

A sacred place for Google users. You can move around the vast campus on a free bicycle. It seems that if there is an acquaintance who works for Google, you can go inside and use the cafeteria. I didn't do any events because I came on a holiday, but there are also guided tours on weekdays.

Ok Google :) My first company straight out of College that pampered me and I felt in was extending college in this place, Young, talented and super smart people to work with was definitely a second home for most employees!
I remember seeing this campus first way back in 2011 on a official Trip to San Francisco and wow what an experience this place was indeed a paradise for its employees
You name it and it was there be it food massage centre or even a Hair saloon it was all in the campus, it had 54 buildings that belonged to Google in the Mountain View area and um you can use cycles, automatic cars and even small bikes to travel around this campus.
Overall, no doubt this paradise is the best place to work for in the world :) You will realise it after visiting this wonderful Google Campus

Why can't China and Google get along. As an ex-patriot it is no fun to have to reload the search page over and over, just to do a simple search. I realize it takes at least two to get along on the internet or anywhere else, but sometime it takes the braver of the two parties to do the first sharing. 8)

Will hopefully get there shortly, just have to wait for the covidhoax to blow out

We made a visit and we were wanting to know more. To be something global there is not much to see. It would be good if you could know the car and more about the developments of Google. The visitor center was closed ... amazing ... food court? You can not use ... nothing for children ... we left pretty disappointed
