Google will not explain their review policy!! So I found some suspicious reviews on a clients Google My Business listing and asked Google to investigate because there was a pattern to the reviews - all negative after years of great reviews. They came back and removed 2 of the 5 for not complying with their policy but left the other 3. when I asked for clarity they denied me any specificity and sent me to their vague and onerous Review Policies which say everything and nothing. There should be complete transparency here so businesses understand when they can protest unfair or fraudulent reviews. This is typical Google knowing better than us mere mortals. Disgusting!

We went with our whole family on a quiet sunday when nobody was there. We hopped on their free bikes and rode around. We had a blast, what a huge place.

Very disappointed with our visit to the Googleplex. Staff told us we had to use the restrooms in the public park. Also apparently there is not a facility for the visiting public to even purchase a cup of coffee let alone lunch. I understand this is a private business, but a business like Google must have thousands of visitors each year. So if you plan to visit, just go knowing that unless you're an employee or know an employee, you are SOL as far as any modern conveniences. Not all is bad though. They do offer free valet parking. Just make sure you've gone to the restroom before you get there.

So far this place has let 2 fake reviews remain on my business page. Both people have never been in my store and they are not even from my state. I try to call the number listed for this place to resolve the spamed reviews and a machine just tells me they are busy at the moment and just hangs up. Google is a scam they are laying people to leave fake reviews.

Great service, easy to unlock bikes, payment was straight forward, bikes were in good condition & we had a lovely 2 hour self tour of the street art in Northern Copenhagen. Would definitely recommend these bikes!

Google s board failed to fire Eric Schmidt in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 after it was publicly proven in court that he conspired to cheat employees out of billions of dollars of wages. The class action settlement was rejected by the judge as being too low; it was increased but even the increased settlement compensated employees less than 10% of what was stolen from them. He kept his job for years afterward.

Don t be evil is a recruiting scam. They have nice food and toilets so the people who fall for it won t notice that they are being fleeced. (And the food perks even got reduced.)

Worst experience ever! I have had 8 fake reviews posted to my Google review account since 2.21.18, I have had four removed and I have had to argue with your team in India about why these fake reviews should be removed every single time. These people are not in my CRM, they are friends with an angry customer as they all reference her wording and are all located in the state where she is located. I shouldn't have to fight with Google to have seven out of eight reviews removed! I can provide screenshots of my CRM, I can provide the history of every one of these reviews by her friends, and I shouldn't have to argue with people in another country who don't understand the frustrations of what it's like to be an American company fighting fake reviews!!!!!

I bought a Nest Hello and spent a good 2 hours installing it and getting it to work right. I knew I would need a $50 - $300/year Nest Aware subscription for Familiar Face Alerts and 24/7 video recording. I was OK with that as I don't need these features.
Here's what Nest doesn't tell you in their advertising:

Without a subscription, you get NO video alerts at all. Not even the 10 seconds of video when someone approaches your door.

Instead, you get a single static image. It only captures a face about half the time.

Nest deletes the image forever only 3 hours after it's taken. So if you're on a plane, in a meeting, camping, sleeping and so on, you're just SOL.

There's a 30 minute non-adjustable "cool down" period after an alert during which you get no further alerts. So if the person steals your packages, breaks in to your home, etc, you get no alerts or images or anything about that activity. If they leave and someone else comes within 30 minutes, again you get no alerts.

This is outrageous to me. I've got a $230 security product that is heavily advertised as a security product, yet permanently deletes all security logs 3 hours after they happen and they don't mention a word of it in their marketing materials. Frankly, the advertising on this product is false and misleading.
I've historically been a fan of Nest. I have a dozen protects and two thermostats. However, this is obviously a blatant money grab for Nest Protect. I'm upset that I wasted my money supporting this first generation Nest product. Also, I can't even return it because they included a 30 day subscription to Aware and a 30 day return policy. So you don't know they're going to cripple your device until after the return policy has expired and you're stuck with it.

objectivity won't be a prime here as I work for this company. nothing else to be said but a gorgeous and vibrant place to work at with many intelligent colleagues and great perks.

Although technically a private office building, in front are an assortment of wonderful Android statues. Each one commemorates a version of Google's Android OS: cupcake, donut, eclair, and more. For Android and tech enthusiasts, no trip to Silicon Valley would be complete without visiting these statues. You'll also find the colorful Google bikes scattered nearby. Although most of Google's campus is private, there are visitor parking spots available at Building 44.

To the angels in this place! Attention it is impossible to enter the premises, use the bike made available. Luckily I know someone who works there so I could enjoy a little, but otherwise nothing. But the place your the detour to take pictures and dream.

This review is on the on line store. Absolutely terrible. The order was totally messed up. Actually never delivered, because some ass literally put the alphabet down as a shipping address. Apparently no checks on stuff like that. Disgruntled employee I assume. Then any attempts at receiving a satisfactory outcome fell on deaf ears. Got the run around after hours and hours of holding, on line chats, phone conversations. Never got any true help, ended up having to cancel the order. Not only did they lose that sale, they lost future sales because I will no longer buy the Pixel 2 and the laptop I had planned on purchasing.

Nice place to walk around, but if you don't know any Google employee you will not get anywhere inside - even to the Visitors Center...

Google has their heads so far up the NSA and US government, it's hard to tell where one ends and the other starts. Fortunately, hackers are keeping them all in check.

Google allows false customer reviews of small business, by vindictive eBay sellers. If you can manage to speak to someone in a busy Google call centre - they concede these are not customers and are a conflict of interest, however a faceless secondary team refuses to remove them.
