Dear Google People,please help me to understand why when I delete emails I then have to go to "trash" and delete them, yet again, to delete them forever. Would it not be more time efficient to simply have the choice to hit "TEMP DELETE" or "DELETE FOREVER" from the very start of deleting emails? I really hate doing things twice. Aren't computers supposed to help people to be MORE efficient with our time? Please tell me the purpose of having "delete" then "delete forever". If having the deletion of emails this way has a purpose , please take YOUR time to explain it to me. If I don't get any answer, then I will have to just assume that either YOUR time is more important than mine, or you just don't have an answer.

I hate your rating system. You allow stupid person rating anything without regulation. So I do the same stupid thing.

Google Adwords is a joke, it totally robs money from small business daily! After using Google Adwords and paying $5 bucks a click, then getting no leads. Instead, Google Adwords is nothing but troll bait for marketers to market to small business. You pay to have people call and sell you junk!! It's a total scam!

Hey Google, your google maps is wrong, and biased towards the Northern latitudes. For example, the area of Alaska 1,477,300 km2 is less than the area of Mexico 1,972,550 km2. Africa is much larger than depicted. Thoughts?

Google allows false reviews that can severely impact a small business.

A couple of review was completely fabricated and inaccurate and google will not remove as they state they do not get involved in business - consumer disputes. Google, you created this platform, YOU ARE INVOLVED and you should be dedicated to providing businesses and consumers accurate reviews.

I don't understand how a reviewer can leave a review without any proof of their claim being true but businesses, even when proof is submitted can not get anywhere.

You allow false reviews to completely tarnish small business reputation and you allow reviewers to essentially bribe small business with a "do it now or I'll give you a bad review" attitude.

It's no secret that businesses are begging you to help stop the increasing problem of false reviews but you have not put in place any solution.

So far it has been BAD, I have Google on my phone and the email locked my phone up on Saturday and now it is Monday and I am still locked out of my phone. This really stinks because we have a Handicapped child and I CAN NOT use my phone if he tries to contact me. And as of right now I have been on hold for THIRTY MINUTES.

My debit Was charged 16 times in amount of 600.00 I do not have google domain account I believe someone made a mistake big time I am very angry with this company at was my mortgage that was taken cause someone doesnt know how to do their job someone needs to get in touch with me now

Went in for flu like symptoms on a Sunday morning, the Entire team was rude. The doctor was unprofessional, the Doc tried to prescribe me antibiotics without even examining me. I asked for a flu test and of course I had to pay extra money. The reason I wanted the flu test in the first place was because I have newborns at home and wanted to rule it out instead of risk getting them sick as most of us know children under 5 are more likely to be hospitalized if they have the flu. My kids are 6 months. I expressed this to the Doctor a few times during the visit as it was my biggest concern. At the end of the visit Doc came in with a script for antibiotics told me I had an upper respiratory infection, seeing he did not examine me I asked him how do you know . He said that he been a doctor longer than I ve been alive and was on the medical board, I told him I meant no offense and explained I was relieved I didn t have the flu because I was worried about my newborns. It was at this moment I highly considered spitting on the doctors face as he replied yea I heard you walked to the waiting room grabbed a face mask and brought it to me while mocking to his staff oh let me bring him this he has new borns. It s reasons like this that I don t go to the doctor and have no medical insurance. Doctors are ppl too, they make mistakes, they slack off, take the easy way out and don t make the care they give personalized at all. If you can tell someone has a respiratory infection without an examination then why aren t we all doing it and getting paid??

The coding here needs work but that is not the fault of the employees. It is because of the corporates. Personally, I use Google everyday. In recent years it has been going downhill...FAST. Servers are well protected though.

1 star is still too many. Have been trying to get a hold of someone for over a week. Called all locations, left messages, never hear back. When I do talk to a live person, because I went to ad word support, I am given hq number. I have never felt so crappy with service.

I have just realised I have paid for Google drive for 6 years and never used it. Don't even know why some files I found in there were there. I will clear them all out now and have cancelled the automatic subscription. Had a long on live chat with Google and it seems Google need the cash more than their reputation. There are scam merchants who live in countries beginning with a N who would be proud of Google who tried to blame the bank for authorising the payments when clearly I must have even though I didn't realise it at the time. A classic scam tactic of these merchants. Having discovered the situation Google advise "refer to our terms" ... in other words we keep the cash. I say again to Google please keep the cash now its clearly worth more than your reputation.

The experience was excellent, totally professional, provided great advice on work timings and even when running a little late had the professionalism to advise us and that was very much appreciated.
Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve in any areas?
Not be so busy that we had to wait a month (approx.) but no in all honesty great service very happy but in running a resort sometimes these in the future need to be acted on asap as they are unable to be let depending on the repair required.
