I have just realised I have paid for Google drive ...

I have just realised I have paid for Google drive for 6 years and never used it. Don't even know why some files I found in there were there. I will clear them all out now and have cancelled the automatic subscription. Had a long on live chat with Google and it seems Google need the cash more than their reputation. There are scam merchants who live in countries beginning with a N who would be proud of Google who tried to blame the bank for authorising the payments when clearly I must have even though I didn't realise it at the time. A classic scam tactic of these merchants. Having discovered the situation Google advise "refer to our terms" ... in other words we keep the cash. I say again to Google please keep the cash now its clearly worth more than your reputation.
