I'm very disappointed by your Italian online store department and assistance.

I ordered 3 articles on your site and one of the articles received was wrong. After contacting the assistance, I've been told that since the article was correct at the moment of the shipment (how am I able to verify that?), Google wont' take any responsibility for the shipment service they use (DHL).

In the end I payed for an article that I never received. I'm not satisfied at all by the store service and assistance, I won't recommend it to anyone I know from now on.

On online sales, the competition is doing an undoubtefully better job.

Worst customer service interaction ever.....

After an HOUR of online chat because Google isn't taking phone calls anymore, they basically said they had no intention of doing anything with my uncle being scammed out of Google Play gift cards. Absolutely disgraceful how they treated me and my time. Never again....

Everything is great but you guys need to train your security guards. I was working for you guys and got no training and got fired over something that i didn't know wasn't okay because another security guard told me it was. My first day I just got thrown into the field to figure things out. I really wish I had traininf because I really did love working for you guys through Securitas.

It's wonderful place to visit and learn about the Google company.

The place is very cool! You can take the colorful bikes scattered everywhere and take a walk around the place.

*note: I am not an employee.* I lived about three miles from the Googleplex for seven years in the Ananda community! It s a fun place for an adventure if you re visiting the SF Bay area. Great food options, funky lawn sculptures, and a slide instead of stairs (scavenger hunt)! They have free yoga open to the public and the class is fabulous (if Gopi still teaches), and happy employees on colorful bikes. Parking is always not fun, take a Lyft, bike or walk over!

I was lucky to meet Google this year, a dream come true. Since I studied the Systems Engineering degree, I dreamed of knowing Google. But it felt almost impossible. And in doing so, it was simply spectacular, more than I expected. It is still hard to believe I was there.

Google is not only fantastic as a company, but the human quality of Googlers is a key factor, I'm left with pleasant memories. I hope to go again, it has been the most fantastic experience I have lived. Thanks Google.

This place is full of creativity. It is so big it will take you a lot of time to see it fully.

Google Fi is slower than any other carrier. Does not support/blocks short codes and Facebook text messages. And calls often fail on the first attempt. I bought a new phone with the service. May likely move back to T-Mobile.

This place is too adoreable. I love this place so much. We can go around office with bus or colorful bicycle. Although I just visited Googleplex for a day, but it was my unforgettable moment in my life.

Google, you get my 5 stars. I have software and hardware from Google, and none of it has ever been bad. Thanks for giving us Google Docs & Google Sheets! They have both saved me tons of $ and time over the years. I have used GMAIL since the days of invites!

They are showing an ad that makes kids think that they can earn money by doing so thing if you drop out of school but if people get a education they can have a job that pays them a go amount of money so they can have a go brain that can help the community.

Customer Service sucked. I pre-ordered the Pixel XL the day it came out. After the 3 weeks It was shipped to me but it never made it to my door.... They said I could file a claim and they would refund my money. I asked them just to send me a new phone and they said they couldn't and that I would have to buy one again. Turns out there is a massive waiting list and I can't get one. They won't do anything to help speed up the process.

TLDR: Pre-Order google phone. They lost it in shipping. Make me get to the back of the line to start over. Worst service ever.

Most of the company's support and customer service functions are largely automated through forms and automatic responses. Google have their own rules, but in no way do they understand small business operators working 24/7 with the COVID19 REGULATIONS AND LAWS which could ruin good passionate hardworking rental mangers./

Q took us for an airplane ride it amazing how many buildings kind of looks like an OWL from the sky . Q said that it never hidden it always in plain sight.

Went on a Geek pilgrimage from San Francisco. Well worth the drive! You can get some awesome photos but some of the mascots could do with a paint.

There isn't a day that passes that I am not absolutely amazed at how smart the GoogleBot is. Google has become the world's primary tool for accessing and retrieving information because it is years ahead of the comptetition. GoogleBot's changed my life for the better big time! Thanks!

your google team is playing around with my hours of operation,by posting that my restaurant is open only on lunch went my restaurant has already been open for three years,and all my info for my restaurant has always been right. and lately your rep by the name of kate has been calling at odd hours and i refuse to talk to her because if you call me during my busy hours i am not going to talk to you went i have customer in front of me ,maybe you all need to talk to her stop playing around with my hours of operation.put it the way it was or i am talking this matter to the state attoney that you are disrupting my place of operation you have till monday to get it right or a law suit.

This company "Google" has posted a fake review of our company that doesn't even have the correct address. When you try to correct something with Google they try and make you pay to advertise with them. Very crooked company

I have had someone review my company Clark Fine Furniture that has never done business with us. After repeated requests to Google to address this and posting responses to this slanderous review Google has done nothing but remove my responses. I guess the best thing I can do is review Google's poor performance. Wish I could select something less than 1 star.
